Realist Films did an outstanding job of coordinating and filming a very technical live streaming and recorded 5-day International Symposium for us.

The project had short notice and a heavy program of sessions. 

Their team of technicians did a great job and were technical and personable, keeping things running smoothly during the long daily schedules. 

Moreover, there was a hurricane and airport closings at the time and the Realist Films team worked diligently under tough circumstances to complete the conference.

The session videos they created were of excellent quality.  The live streaming went off without a hitch and post-production of the videos happened very quickly.

I highly recommend them.

The use of the video and its narrative components were key to driving a dramatic increase in market awareness and top of funnel lead generation metrics. It's release complemented the rapid expansion of our sales organizations in 2023 and 2024.

• Project timelines were aggressive but Realist was able to build a schedule that met our goals and reflected insights on how to anticipate challenges in order to keep us on track.

• definition of shots

• setting up, lighting, and executing the actual day of shoot
• editing down to the two versions

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos that Realist provided for us are of very high production value. They look great, and they tell our story very effectively. We are still proudly showing these videos, within our office, as well as with our web presence.

Realist was good at setting schedules, and managing the process so we could complete on team. We engaged realist about 9 weeks before CES, which was a tight timeline. Realist was organized, showed us what to expect, and made it all happen.

I hire production companies based on portfolio. I was very impressed with what I saw, and this came through in the work that Realist did for us. I also really liked that Realist is good at making the most of resources. Their efficiency was excellent, and I felt like we got a lot from our investment.

Ideally, we would have engaged Realist earlier than we did, because the tight timeline was a challenge.
