We hired Direct Agents to do a full audit of all of our paid marketing campaigns and completely restructure our pixels, tracking, and ad campaign set up. They started over from scratch. They ensured the transition went smoothly from our old agency to our new agency, and we didn't see a huge dip in coversions during that transition.

Once fully transitioned, they scaled our paid search and paid social campaigns quickly (by 2X). Throughout this process, we were focused on scaling into new international markets, changing over our attribution model, which included running incrementality tests, and they also facilitated many different landing page optimizations.

We also used Direct Agents to help us build out an MMM (Media Mix Model), so that we could spend our dollars in the best (most incremental) places possible.

In addition to media buying, marketing strategy, and data analytics, we also used Direct Agents to help with all of our ad creative, so it's all seamless and connected in one place.

We recently aquired another company, and are so happy with Direct Agents, that we're going to migrate them into our agreement with Direct Agents as well.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First and foremost it was to scale spend to hit our target CACs. We wanted more users, but at an efficient cost, and they did that.

We also wanted to diversify our media buying to multiple platforms, which they did (they brought in Audio, new social platforms, etc.).

We wanted to dedicate a certain % of our budget to Brand vs. Non-Branded Search, as well as domestic vs. international spend, and they did that.

We set fairly realistic timelines, and they always met them. We continue to add more items each week to their plate, and they are good about asking which ones are the most priority to ensure we're getting the highest value projects in the time that we need them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really know performance marketing and marketing strategy. Nearly all of their recommendations, of where to take our campaigns, were in line with how we were thinking about it, and led to increased growth and diversification of platforms.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Direct Agents could have done differently?

I always want this yesterday, so executing even faster is always desired. There has been some turnover on the team, but that is always to be expected at agencies. Any time there was turnover, they ramped the new folks very thouroughly.
