What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m sure their videos have gotten me new customers, but it’s hard to attribute it directly to their work because there are several other factors that go into my online presence. Potentially, he’s helped me make tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.  

How did Feel Right Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

I call Anthony whenever I need. He’s been very communicative. I always get a callback. He’s responsive and usually works around my schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with them is easy because they don’t make it awkward. They’re very nice and easy to get along with, so it’s not stressful. Anthony is just a pleasant person in general. It makes all the difference since we sit together for hours looking at footage.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I suppose they could add a bit more video graphics, but I don’t know enough about media to say what they need to improve on. I trust they know what they’re doing, and they’ve done a good job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When it comes to social media, you have to listen to the people that know what they’re doing. A lot of people think one thing will make a bunch of money, but it’s a whole package. Bring up all of your issues and concerns to Anthony. If you never bring them up, they’ll never be solved.

Feel Right Inc was hired to help Zupo extend it's footprint into video marketing and production. Zupo had strong capabilities in content development and its own SEO efforts, however video was a challenge that they wanted to invest in to help increase their marketing capabilities.

We wanted to work with a firm who could help us move quickly into YouTube and video production that could be versatile and moved into other social medias like LinkedIn. We wanted a video that represented our brand but also gave us the flexibility to ensure that we could continue marketing efforts that aligned with the video.

How did you select this vendor?

Feel Right was chosen because of its reputation in the marketing and advertising community. Knowing that so many agencies and professionals in the area know of Feel Right and have nothing but positives to say made it a no brainer. As marketing professionals ourselves we can be a bit picky, but I think knowing the strong reputation in industry made it a no brainer.

We wanted a recurring YouTube series that we could use to educate potential customers, but also be used for our own SEO experiments. We wanted to be agile with the videos, move quickly, get something off the ground and iterate.

Meticulous. Feel Right was very organized and had everything under control. It's nice to know that someone else is taking ownership of a project and keeping you accountable. They did an amazing job of keeping us on target with our original vision,.

Our company has taken an extra step in marketing by getting these videos out. We have waited too long to get this started, but as these videos have come out, we have been able to really ratchet up our own marketing efforts.

I needed help with video content for our social media. It’s challenging to find a cost-effective, organized, and efficient provider who can deliver consistent and concise video on a variety of subjects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Since we’re the subject matter experts, we come up with the subject of the videos. We write the video script of what we want to talk about, and Feel Right Inc. tells us what revisions to make; sometimes, what we want to talk about and how that comes through in a video are two different things. Then, they come up with different scenes and determine where we will shoot the videos and what we should say during certain parts. They plan our outfit changes. They also walk us through the different imagery that will pop up in the final video so that we know how the video is going to look before we even start shooting it.

Feel Right Inc. does everything from script editing to settings, B-roll shots, and outfit planning. When we’re on scene, they deal with the people who aren’t in front of the camera all the time, like real estate agents and brokers. They show us the mannerisms we should use, such as how we should sit, and find the right lighting. After the shoot, they do the post-production editing. We get to do one revision if there are things that we don’t like. They provide the video in a format that we can use and download. It’s very seamless.

I’ve known Anthony (President) since he started in photography and videography. As he started getting more involved in other small businesses, I wanted to do that in our office.

They provide a very well-rounded, complete service. To be able to provide a service where any small business owner or independent contractor can produce a professional-looking video is phenomenal; after all, we’re not actors or professionals who are in front of the camera all the time.

They break down the whole process of making a video. Their thoughtfulness in making the process understandable is something very few people provide, especially at their price point. They’re very good at what they do.

How did Feel Right Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They have great video editing software that’s collaborative. We don’t ever have to write an email; we just make comments directly through the web portal so that things don’t get lost in translation. 

They’re constantly doing quality control on their own. They’re very picky themselves. By the time the finished product comes back to us, there are very few edits that need to be made.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Anthony is a great visionary. He has his team very well coordinated. He puts the right people in the right spots. They don’t take a lot of time. His management and leadership style is very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m very happy and have no complaints.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Any small business owner that’s apprehensive about getting on video should reach out and talk to Anthony. They’re really good at getting quality content for small business owners, without breaking the bank. Their editing is second to none.

They’re really good. Don’t hesitate; call them, and they’ll break it down and make you feel comfortable. You’re going to be very happy with the price and the product.

Our newest restaurant build is a little different. It’s a modern take on a food hall, where we have three different restaurants under one roof in an 8000-square-ft building. We wanted a partner to help us express that concept through concise messaging.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Feel Right Inc. delivered videos that captured our food hall concept. After collaborating with them to discuss our goals, they helped us script the film.

They pieced together our CEO’s vision for the restaurants through the visuals they shot. They created one full-length video that was about a 1.5-minutes long, and they also shot 45-second videos for each of our three dining options. They sent us the cuts through email, for us to approve, and incorporated the necessary changes before delivering the final product.

I’d say that we worked with four people. That included a creative director, a light specialist, and a videographer.

They’d emailed us four years ago when we’d officially opened our second concept. I had them in mind when we decided to look into doing promotional videos.
