One of the things that I really like about them is even though we do have a project manager who keeps us on track with our schedule and budget, we’re not forced to relay our expectations for the designers and developers through a project manager. The designers and developers are involved in all the necessary conversations, so I’m able to speak with them directly. We use Basecamp and Asana to communicate with them and track the project’s progress. They work diligently to remain available and deliver by deadline, despite my team being on Pacific time and their team being on East Coast time.

They have very clear and simple communication. They keep projects manageable. They did series of sprints during development to make sure that we were focusing our attention on the right things. They were very good about divvying responsibilities. We had a project manager with weekly check-ins during development as well. We used Basecamp for managing the flow of information and documents.
