I'm the founder of a remote digital product agency. Our clients range from startups to SMEs, universities, and corporates. We build custom software solutions and have long term relationships with our clients.

We have worked with Scaleteam Technologies on multiple projects with different challenges and software stacks.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The first project we started working on was a MeteorJS project. The team demonstrated ample experience with the tech stack at hand and we got started on our first cooperation. Since that good first experience we have been working with this team on a number of projects each year, ranging from short design sprints to long development projects.

One of the projects we are currently working on with this team is the development of a B2C SaaS platform. Scaleteam Technologies supports us with backend development, frontend development, Q&A, DevOps, deployment cycles, etc. The platform is built with NodeJS + ReactJS + Vue. Scaleteam Technologies is fully responsible for development and technical management of the project.

The CTO is our main point of contact, the number of developers on their side varies based on the development intensity.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the before mentioned project, we have received lots of positive feedback from our users about the usability of the platform. We have had multiple time-sensitive releases that were managed by Scaleteam Technologies very well.

Generally speaking, Scaleteam Technologies have a ton of experience in building both small and large (1M+ users) software platforms and this really shines through while cooperating with them.

Communication is always very clear and deadlines are pretty much always hit. We have weekly syncs through Zoom and talk through Slack / Github the rest of the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That the team often delivers more than we discuss. We have been surprised many times about both the speed and quality of implementation, and the quantity of features/tasks that the team manages to deploy each sprint.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that come to mind right now.

Mainly Nitesh, I believe he was the owner / project manager at the time.

Help on Various Client projects from Booking Apps that are still doing well for my clients.

Nitesh is one of the most direct project managers I've worked with. Very short and to the point with his communication but you can always know that you will spend less time thinking about a solution as Nitesh will think for you and provide the best outcome.

I noticed working with Nitesh that although communication was direct and almost limited, my requirements were always understood and he could see my request in context to the bigger picture I was trying to achieve.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They never came back with excuses and delivered the project on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I guess more recommendations? But overall, really competent and I know that if I have a real tight deadline, Nitesh and his team will get the job done well and won't come back with reasons they couldn't do it, like other developers.

We selected Scaleteam because our CTO had previous experience working with the company. Scaleteam also has experience creating world-class SaaS applications. These two reasons alone provided the confidence to move forward.

The developed a B2C SaaS with node.js. The scope included sign, registration, payment processing, and the web application.

The results have been incredible. We went from 1,000 users to 3,500 users within one year (250% growth).

Their engineering development is very high. Scaleteam Technologies Pvt Ltd is fantastic! I've worked with hundreds of software engineers over 15 years and most do not come close to creating high-quality functionality with clean code.

I have no changes.

We interviewed multiple companies using upwork, fivver and finalized Scaleteam.

We launched the initial product in less than 3 months. We were able to quickly make updates and changes based on feedback. The initial MVP products helps us refine the product market fit and build the next version. It also helped us raise angel investment and sign up our first few customers.

Project management and communication was done well, with regular updates and using agile process.
