Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of a technology company; we’re currently working on a mobile application.

What challenge were you trying to address with XharpTech?

We wanted to engage a development partner that could help build our mobile application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

XharpTech has helped us with backend development for our mobile e-commerce application. They’ve built the app from scratch using C# and nopCommerce. The application acts as a marketplace for shoppers and buyers to list and purchase products. They’ve also optimized our designs in Figma. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with four team members from XharpTech, including Ameer (Co-Founder & Project Manager). We also work with two backend developers and one frontend developer.

How did you come to work with XharpTech?

We found XharpTech online. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested roughly $25,000 in the partnership with XharpTech.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with XharpTech in September 2021, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since we haven’t completed the project yet, we don’t have metrics to share. However, XharpTech has been a fantastic development partner. Ameer has been very diligent and is equally invested in the project as I am. We’ve had a great experience overall. 

How did XharpTech perform from a project management standpoint?

The XharpTech team has accomplished tasks on time and worked within budget. 

They’ve been very prompt in addressing issues when they arise. For example, we had trouble with two developers, which I thought might slow down the project, but it didn’t. Ameer quickly replaced the developers with highly qualified individuals. 

We use Azure DevOps to manage the project and communicate via Slack and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed with XharpTech’s level of involvement in the project; they’re very invested in our success. I’ve never worked with a partner whose been so involved in our process. Ameer and the XharpTech team have paid close attention to detail and shared thoughtful input throughout each project stage. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing XharpTech could improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t be afraid to involve them in your process; be open to their feedback. The XharpTech team is intelligent and will dedicate themselves to the project. Be sure to communicate your requirements and expectations because XharpTech will accommodate them.
