Doctic consists of two mobile applications, Doctic and Doctic Pro, in Doctic, users from all over the world can find a doctor for the subject they want by registering with the application, meet with the doctor and get a quote from the doctor, an end-to-end user experience analysis from the blurple team on the design and development of the experience here, then the user experience map service and developed the mobile application.

We progressed with a user experience researcher, a user experience expert and UI designer and a project manager, besides, we received feedback from 30 different focus groups.

With the focus group tests, the 5 second test, that is, the usability tests in general, the application has already determined that it will be successful before the application is released, the blurple team has always continued to support us with the real user tests made afterwards and we have achieved a successful result together.

Blurple studio is a studio that only does what it knows, consists of experienced UX designers and creative UI designers, working with the right proposal and customer satisfaction.

How did you select this vendor?

A close friend suggested, we met with blurple, in the first meeting they tried to understand our project with the product manager and UX designer to understand our project, then we got an accurate proposal and roadmap and we started.

We first met and explained their needs for our website, the goals of our company, our customers, the blurple team said: Our customers are end users. With this vision, they made a benchmark study, tried to understand the design world in our minds with the moodboard, in this process, we conveyed the designs we liked, then they made a user flow, after approving the flow, they switched to Wireframe, after a joint decision in Wireframe, the other team completed the corporate identity.

The corporate identity came from one side and the user interface design was started with a common decision. As the designs were completed, they were sent to Blurple's focus group and comments were received, revisions were made based on the comments received, and the screens continued, we completed the process exactly as we planned. They performed the latest quality testing and UX analysis themselves and through different tools.

We worked with the head of the studio, the UX team leader and the UI team leader, as well as the project manager.

Once we agreed on those screens, mockups converted into actual designs on Figma. Throughout Figma stage, we requested many retouches and changes to achieve our common vision. All delivered with no problem.

Additionally, user engagement metrics, such as session duration and retention rates, improved significantly, with a 40% increase in returning users, particularly among digital nomads and frequent travelers. The ability for users to easily complete transactions and manage their SIM plans resulted in a 25% reduction in customer support queries related to package selection and purchases, indicating that the platform successfully met user needs. 

The app’s matching algorithm, which pairs users with the best-suited packages, contributed to a 20% boost in average order value, showcasing its effectiveness in personalizing the experience.
