At the beginning of the pandemic, we worked in an ever-changing environment due to the nature of the situation, where things were changing almost on a daily basis. We scheduled weekly meetings where we shared the state of Covid in Pima County and they provided solutions or ideas for the emerging problem/issue of the day/week.
