I found the agency through the Shopify marketplace and decided to reach out to them. It showed as them being in NYC but they are actually in Spain. I needed to update and migrate my old theme to a new one and Samuel and his team took on the project. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was executed to make my store better optimized. They did a great job on the tasks and I was very impressed with their ability to communicate asn see things through.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The projest was just completed but I am hoping to see improvements on conversions due to the optimization they made to my site. They full completed the tasks and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to the highest standards. Samuel is a great leader!

This project ended up taking a bit longer however they stayed committed to delivering the best results and never once challenged any of my requests for adjustments or fixes. A very rare trait to find in an agency. Communication was great and the team was a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the fact that Samuel the owner was directly involved gave me the feeling of securty knowing he was looking over and adding his special touch to every detail. I also loved how there were NO ego's!!! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Shugert Marketing could have done differently?

Not really. I felt the messaging platform they use for communication could have better features like uploading images but aside from that they were great.

I am the eCommerce Associate for a chemical manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer.

Our eCommerce website was using the basic template on the BigCommerce platform. My team wanted to create a unique, branded, consumer focused website design that integrated on top of the existing BigCommerce website.

We were referred to Shugert Marketing and upon meeting and discussing the project, rate, and timeline for completion, Shugert Marketing was the perfect choice.

We had several design and development creative meetings to develop the new look, brand, and functionalities built into our eCommerce website. We were hosting and managing our orders on the BigCommerce platform and the team at Shugert Marketing was able to design a completely custom looking site, add some new functionality, make the site load speed blazing fast, all still integrated perfectly onto the BigCommerce platform.

The lead designer and lead developer were the main points of contact that managed the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website, we've received so much great feedback and positive confirmation from customers on the look and feel of the website and the ease of the checkout process. Our website traffic bounce rate was reduced, and conversion rates increased as well.

The team used Trello and google docs to manage the project and even provided more content for the website than initially promised to help increase our SEO and user experience on each product page.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Shugert Marketing brought so many creative ideas to the project from the very beginning.  They created a unique Brand image for us, and has provided support on maintenance and updates requests even after the project was complete. Very responsive in their communication, and top professionals throughout the entire process of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of. Can't recommend them enough for any design, development, data, and especially eCommerce support.

We were in need of consolidating different sources of data into several Data dashboards to communicate relevant information to constituents regarding infections, deaths and hospital capacity.

Their turnaround time and diversity of services, including predictive models, analytics, UI/UX and Web design was the deciding factor.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They developed in a timely fashion, a marketing social media campaign during 2020 elections, Covid multimedia assets, covid data dashboards. Great quality and timeliness.

Management style is very hands-on, a well organized team where communication is key to the success of each project. At the beginning of the pandemic, we worked in an ever-changing environment due to the nature of the situation, where things were changing almost on a daily basis.

We scheduled weekly meetings where we shared the state of Covid in Pima County and they provided solutions or ideas for the emerging problem/issue of the day/week. Every deadline was met, in a handful of instances we changed the scope or we had to shift focus to another "urgent" project, and even under those circumstances they came through. Slack, WhatsApp, email, Teams, Zoom. they were very flexible in communicating with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Definitely their ability to work while we slept or during weekends to be able to meet our demands when we required it due to staff shortages or urgent needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish we had budgeted more money to keep them engaged.

Shugert Marketing developed my system and customer-facing website. They built it to enable us to sell tickets to customers for events across the US.

Two people worked with us.

A friend referred them to me, so I used them for a previous project and hired them again for this one.

We spent $15,000 and they have a monthly fee of $2,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

This project started in 2016 and our engagement is ongoing. Though our work is paused because of what’s happening to our industry, we’ll be working again as soon as things are back to normal.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Because of their work, we proceeded to get jobs for over 100 venues in the US. we’re not doing too much right now since we’re paused, but we went from 0 to 100 venues. I’m very satisfied and they’ve done everything I ask them to. The business is pretty successful and we’ve received thousands and thousands of sales a year.

They’re really friendly. Their team is on top of managing the project, including communication and meeting deadlines.

They clearly understand the whole concept we want and they follow through to develop it. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we were working with them to improve our app but whatever I decide to invest in, I’m pretty sure they will develop it well.

We needed a new section to let customers design their own gift box. Shugert Marketing developed this new section, with a great team work they gave us the best solution in budget.

What were your goals for this project?

We have 3 different gift box sizes. The new section must define automatically which size must be selected when customer add certain number of products.

They give us great support since the beginning of the project. They own the project trying to give always the best result.

New section for our existing website. This section gives customer complete freedom to choose de products they would like to add to their gift box. They developed it from scratch, using algorithms to let the system detect product sizes according to existing box sizes.

In 4 easy steps customer choose gift category, box and crinkle paper color, product catalogue and finally the text they want to include in their gift. They integrated this section to our Shopify website.

What was the team composition?

2-3 people involved in our project, always trying to give us the best solutions and feedback. We loved the communication was efficient via WhatsApp group, giving us faster feedbacks and status.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Sales have increased a lot since we launched the new section. Customers preferred this new section rather the pre curated gift boxes.

Great communication during the complete development. When they have any issues in any step they make their best to find smart solutions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Great ownership of the project. The 3 developers involved were proactive members.

Making a better timeline , considering there are always issues that can extend timing during the development.
