BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the service manager for Bionic Electronics H.T. Ltd. We’re based in Cyprus and have retail stores for high-end consumer products and software for laptops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, servers, etc.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with R Digital?

We wanted to attract both B2C and B2B customers to our stores with compelling graphics and content. It was important that we drove traffic to both our webshop and offline stores.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handled all of our digital marketing including content creation, digital graphics creation, and social media. They also created some videos and implemented SEO into all of their efforts, especially in our new website. With the site, they also designed the graphics and linked them to our social media accounts.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two main points of contact, one being a sales manager. 

How did you come to work with R Digital?

In our area, R Digital is pretty popular because of its organizational structure. We’ve seen them take our marketing to the next level, suggesting the implementations and features that we didn’t have before. They made us an offer, and we were impressed.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our work together in February 2016, and our collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with them, our web traffic has increased by four or five times what it was prior. They design content specific to our company, after research how to best appeal to our customers. The team makes sure to get our approval on all of their content. When I ask them to make changes, they always implement them.  

How did R Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Like I said before, they’re a very organized team. Depending on our needs for the project, we may use Slack, Asana, emails, or phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The innovation they bring to the table is impressive. They have a strong knowledge of everything relating to graphics, content, and how we can leverage SEO to meet our customers. It would be challenging to find another digital marketing company that could do better.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they’re providing the best solution for us.

Just let them innovate.
