WAY - Digital Commerce Agency is not just a marketing agency. It is a business partner willing to grow with us and to work together to achieve success. Thus, for the Senseslinen.com project, WAY was responsible for managing the entire digital marketing strategy and ensuring the achievement of results. It presented a detailed annual marketing plan for each month, and so every month it presented all the necessary actions for the execution of that plan.

WAY also responsible for managing the budget available for each marketing campaign/action. In parallel, I presented a monthly report on the execution of all activities, with detailed analysis and points for improvement.

I think they are on the right track, they are still very young but they already show a lot of maturity. However, I think they need to hire more human resources for customer support to free up senior resources and management for more important matters and be even more assertive in the solutions presented.

WAY developed for us a strategy and an action plan to sell our products online through our online store. At the moment we're implementing the plan together, WAY is responsible for all the online channels of communication (SEO, Social media, Email and Blog) while we take care of product development and logistics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our traffic from organic channels is growing at least 30% every month. ROAS from Facebook Ads is around 3. Repeat costumers represent ~35% of sales (most come from the email automations)

We have a very detailed monthly roadmap of actions that we discuss and optimize every month. Sometimes there's some delays but we understand that most of the times is because theres changes/improvements asked by us.
