We provided all the assests, copy and details they would need for this.
They were to provide better ROAS, better conversions and ultimately more sales accross our advertising channels

Firstly, our ad account had been live for nearly two years, and they started by turning off all our ads that were working.. only to replace them with new ads, with no social proof, and little to no variations. safe to say, sales went down. 
Coversion rate on the website was down, 
Meta ad ROAS was down, 
CPC costs were higher,

They responded generally promptly and professionally. 
The management of the ad account was unlike anything i had seen before, turning off ALL winning ads when they started, only to make fresh new ones that had to enter learning phase again which burnt money, time and reduced sales

Leave ads with great social proof and ROAS on while you test and create new campaigns. 
Always read the copy of an ad before setting it live, otherwise itll be so far wrong like you did for us. 
Have a broader range of ads instad of the same 3 video ads over 3 different ad sets over 3 different camapaigns - this is no way to test
