What challenge were you trying to address?

 After our new website was launched, we needed ongoing help to keep it fast, secure, and up to date, and to grow our online presence. We wanted to improve our search visibility, increase traffic, and make better use of our website and app to convert visitors into active customers.

We were also looking for a reliable partner to manage our cloud hosting, handle SEO and social media marketing, improve our conversion rate, and support us with UI/UX changes on the website and app.

Inspaceweb’s role expanded from web design and development into a full digital support and growth partnership. They continued to manage our WordPress website on a secure managed cloud hosting setup, making sure the site stays fast, stable, and well maintained.

On the marketing side, their team worked on search engine optimization (on-page improvements, technical SEO, and link-building), social media marketing and design, and conversion rate optimization to help us get more signups and transactions from our digital channels. They also supported us with ongoing UI/UX improvements, animation design elements, and graphic design for our website, ads, and social media posts.

We mainly worked with a project manager, a developer, a designer, and a marketing/SEO specialist. Communication was done through email, WhatsApp, and Zoom calls. Over time, they became very familiar with our business, compliance needs, and customer journey, which made collaboration easier and more effective.

After having a detailed discussion with them, and seeing their past work and experience with website development, we decided to go ahead with them for our Project.

After having a detailed discussion with the Project Manager about our brand goals and guidelines, we asked for an initial sample design. We needed our website to be developed on WordPress since our team was well acquainted with it. Inspaceweb provided us with an initial design and then proceeded with finalizing the color schemes, fonts and working towards the final look and feel of the website.

They progressed with the work and kept taking our feedback regularly throughout the project. This allowed us to ask them for some changes and additions along the way. They applied all the changes and additions we asked for and we were satisfied with it. They then showed us the live test demo of the website before launch and we were highly satisfied with the end result.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a very positive experience with Inspaceweb since they listened to all our concerns and changes about the deliverables and addressed them till we were satisfied with the result.

We had regular communication with the project manager via email, WhatsApp and Zoom meetings. The project manager communicated with the rest of the team, and there were a few delays which they let us know about. The project timeline was extended due to some hiccups and additional changes needed, but in the end, all was managed and completed properly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about them was their creative design and technical abilities. They implemented some unique and modern design elements to our website which made our website highly appealing. They also took the time to communicate with us and resolve the technical issues we were facing from our end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things could always have been done faster, but since there were some technical hiccups along the way, it was more important for us to get a website that looked good along with a fast loading time. So we are satisfied with the end result that we got a modern, unique and fast-loading website.

They also built a custom keyword and topic research tool for our team and integrated it as a Slack App.

To improve our publishing workflow, they connected the tools our team uses daily — like Trello, Slack, email, and our CMS — with automations that helped speed up our editorial process.

They also ran our Google Ads and Meta campaigns, managing everything from targeting and ad design to testing and reporting. Their team was easy to get in touch with and available across multiple time zones when we needed support.
