The team has made the site much better than what we envisioned. Moreover, they added the live chat function unprompted and have been improving it. Every time I talk to the Funnel Boost Media team, they have a plan in place. I went into the engagement thinking I’d give them 90 days, and they’ve already surpassed what I was expecting. We’re on or ahead of target to achieve our goals, which has been good. Their project management has surpassed my expectations. They deliver items ahead of time, and they’re really good about letting us know what they’re working on. Funnel Boost Media says what they’re going to do, and then they do it. They didn’t sell me a bill of goods and then didn’t come through; they’ve delivered on their promises and then some.

They were very collaborative and on top of their project plans. I don’t recall them ever asking for an extension. They were very good about listening to our ideas. For example, we had a logo and tagline before we started working with them, and they agreed that we needed to keep that in place. Most of the time they built upon our ideas and enhanced them.

The project manager would provide daily updates via email or phone calls. He was quick to tell me if there would be an issue or delay, but luckily there were only a couple hiccups that were resolved well before the timeframe provided. Their service was outstanding, and it didn't stop after they completed our website. They are still quick to assist us with any issues that arise.
