I’m the director of product marketing for a global tracking and asset management company. We provide our services to different industries such as the construction, agriculture, and oil and gas industries.

They were outstanding from a project management perspective and we typically communicated through Slack and Basecamp.

We’re impressed with how they were able to understand our business needs and what we were trying to accomplish. They had very good creative resources and we were always in communication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would’ve been beneficial for us to have a more dedicated resource for our day-to-day operations. However, they still did a good job meeting with us on a regular basis.

I would suggest thoroughly evaluating their specific needs and requirements because Purplepatch Services is really good at handling all areas of marketing.
