Disruptive has led strategy on recruiting and other lead generation activities through google, facebook and other advertising platforms using our won data to fuel decision making and adjustments for key deliverables while trying to keep our ad cost as low as reasonable while delivering quality leads.

DA is responsible for media buying on the google and Meta. They are also responsible for a portion of the content creation each month. They work to hit the KPI's of our choice and have done a great job so far.

DA has continued to hit our KPI's even when faced with inventory shortages and or long lead times. We have always worked to hit a 5X ROAS and DA has always hit the mark for us.

Additionally, I want to highlight the quality of their teams. Going above and beyond is their modus operandi! From account managers Angelica & Tim to the team members like Bronson, Kaden, Lexi, Jesse, Amy, Mandy, Sammy, Summer, Caitlin, & many more - all our collaborations have been stellar.

It's tough to think of areas Disruptive Advertising could improve - it would be their current dashboard/analytics tool if I had to call something out.

Disruptive has been a partner of Northpass for around three years now. We initially sought out an agency that would scale our PPC ads, but we received so much more. Disruptive not only scaled our PPC but helped us create a full digital strategy which we relied on heavily.

From website optimization to competitive analysis, Disruptive gave our team the tools to be successful and succeed in different economic environments. Through our work with Disruptive, Northpass was able to generate a 4:1 ROAS for PPC.

The Disruptive team deserves an A+ for communication. My main POC, Kyle, was a pleasure to work with. He answered questions same-day through our connected Slack channel and video tutorials. Additionally, our entire Disruptive team would handle large projects within days and have a full breakdown ready after each deliverable was completed.

Disruptive can adapt. This is indeed what was most impressive about them. Too many agencies will run the same playbook over and over again and expect the same results. With Disruptive, they could pivot strategies quickly and make adjustments that fit our business model.

We are a SaaS business, so the market was much different in 2021 than in 2023. This required a significant adjustment to our company GTM strategy, and Disruptive Advertising was right alongside us, making changes that met the economy's demands.

Nope. Very content with Disruptive's performance.

When we first started, we had 2-3 people on our account, but our main account manager was pretty disconnected and it wasn't a great fit, produced little results. She either left the company or was let go, and we were assigned Blake and Adnan to our account, and the results started to drastically change! We rely heavily on Paid Search for our leads, and the results really started to blow us away.

Blake and Adnan are always willing to meet on short notice, to send over quick updates jump on a call in between our weekly schedule meetings. We had monthly goals that were tracked daily, and progress is discussed on weekly calls. We're very happy with Disruptive, but especially with Blake and Adnan! We just started using them for email services. We haven't had enough time to produce results yet, and it is taking a bit to get set up, but we're hopeful for similar results.

They seemed to really know what they're doing, but so does everyone on the first call. But they actually produced the results we wanted to see. There's even potential for us to do more as we want to add budget, and that prospect is exciting.

The only complaints we had early on were resolved with a new project manager. It feels like new projects take longer than they should to get off the ground which can be frustrating, but it's usually worth the wait.

Most agencies that I reached out to sold themselves hard. Disruptive said we'll see if we're a good fit for each other and we'll proceed if it makes sense for us to work together. Ten months after working together, we attended the largest construction tradeshow in North America for the first time.

Over 10% of the people that we talked to commented that they were seeing our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It was awesome to hear that because feedback like that doesn't show up on the ROAS reports!

Whether they know your industry or not in the beginning, they will learn it. They take the time to learn about your products and your industry and fully immerse themselves so they can get a full understanding of how best to market it.

They ask the right questions, and a lot of them, which is refreshing and unlike any other PPC/SEO/digital marketing company I've worked with.

I am the CEO of Honey Bee Stamps. We design and manufacture our own line of paper craft supplies and sell 100% online to both retail customers and craft stores (at wholesale) around the world.

We were completely new to advertising and wanted to start reaching new customers and really get our name out there. We started with CRO, Facebook / Instagram advertising and Google ads - and have since added Pinterest advertising.

How did you select this vendor?

I asked around in our Shopify Plus community for recommendations of advertising agencies to check out and Disruptive was one of them that was recommended. We interviewed about 5 agencies, and Disruptive felt like the best fit.

We started with a series of discovery meetings to make sure that Disruptive would be a good fit. Once we decided to go with them, we had a meeting to discuss the best approach. They did a deep dive in to our business and metrics to make recommendations on which platforms we should tackle, as well as helped us create a budget to get us started. They also recommended CRO for us, which we did for the first year, and made some excellent changes to our website that really did help increase our conversions.

What was the team composition?

Once we had our discovery meeting and created a plan, they set us up with a Project Manager to oversee our account. They also matched us up with individual platform managers who would best fit our scope to create a solid team for our project. We work closely with our team and chat once or twice per month to make sure we are all on the same page and agree to their visions for what to try with advertising for the next month and quarter strategies.

We almost constantly see results of 10x or MORE on every platform. We have had wild success with our brand in particular on Pinterest, and sometimes see ROAs of 20x!

Excellent! Their team really listens and researches the best ways to make our partnership the best it can possibly be.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They really took the time to dig in to my business and truly learn our audience from the very start. That was very important to me - so that we could assure that our advertising agency would truly understand our customers and the brand voice that we want to portray.

Honestly - No! We have been so satisfied working with Disruptive!
