If someone’s going to work with them, and if they want the best results, they should let PML bring their expertise. Don’t be prescriptive and tell them what they need to do. Be open-minded and tell them what you’re trying to solve. Tell them what assets they can work on to solve the problem. Ask for their guidance, input, and counsel because you’ll get much better results since you’ll be solving the problem together. They have excellent skills and experience, and if you’re not tapping into that because you’re being prescriptive, then you’re selling yourself short because they’re great at what they do.
