They worked really well with us to lay out a very logical process stepwise, and delivered the final output earlier than expected. In terms of the quality, we liked that they gave us a nice surprise. The splash of the first page was not really something that we asked for, but it was something beautiful — it sets the website apart and it gave gives a nice introduction to the organization.
