I am the CEO of a consulting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with IPEX Global Inc.?

We had software needs for our business and needed resources to fulfill those needs. IPEX Global Inc. has helped us develop two brand new products for our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The projects we work with IPEX Global Inc. are the development of brand-new products.For each project, they research particular product offerings, frameworks, and development methodologies; then we ask them to provide an estimate. We contract with them based on the estimate, and then they complete the requirements based on the estimate provided.

The technologies that they use are PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Angular. On the projects were various features that the customer requested. For example, payments, queries, user base queries, and unique characteristics of each product. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with Dhruv (SAP Dev) and another person.

How did you come to work with IPEX Global Inc.?

I found them through different contacts that had recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

I have invested somewhere between the range of $200,000–$1 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working in September 2018 and it’s still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In all the projects we worked on with IPEX Global Inc. they’ve fulfilled the customer's needs. That's the most important metric there is. Sometimes when you do this kind of project, the clients don't provide you with the metrics that are specifically relevant for what you're trying to accomplish; especially when you're building new products from scratch, it is hard to measure the impact of the work.

How did IPEX Global Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

IPEX Global Inc. uses any tool you want, all the way from Notion, Jira, Slack, Asana, and Trello. I've used them all, but for this project, we used Notion and Trello.

What did you find most impressive about them?

My experience working with IPEX Global Inc. has been great, they have the right management team in place. They do what they say they're going to do, provide resources, and their programmers do very good quality work. They have a great “Say:Do” ratio.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Just to be clear, it's not bad feedback, but I think that everybody can improve on their communication. Sometimes, because you're in different time zones, some things are misinterpreted or misread. That would be the only thing.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that you have the right product managers for the job, On their side, they're going to supply great people. However, you have to be willing to deal with the nuances of different time zones and a little different accent.

IPEX Global is one of the best mobile software and financial software companies. As a result, we asked them for help to develop a financial and mobile solution for our firm.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In developing the product, they created a tool to help our customers manage their invoices and payments electronically. This B2B software is available on both Android and iOS.

What is the team composition?

We are working with various people from IPEX Global team, including their CEO and developers.

How did you come to work with IPEX Global Inc.?

We’ve known them for a long time. We met them in one of our collaborations with a third-party client. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $250,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in March 2018, and we continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The software is very stable, and we don’t get a lot of complaints about it. Whenever third-party customers want to add new features, IPEX Global team always responds quickly. Overall, we are happy with their services.

They’re very good at meeting deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

IPEX Global is great at providing estimates and providing solutions.

I’m hoping that they can expand the services they offer.
