BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Trifecta Management, we do full event production. Most of our clients are corporations or nonprofits.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with OurStudio?

There’s a lot of graphics work and branding that goes into our events, so we wanted to improve our ability to meet those needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team works with us on the whole concept design. We work with them on what an event branding is going to look like and they help us create event logos, event websites, invitations, flyers, and any marketing collateral.

For the websites, previously we used WordPress, but now we use Wix, which I love.

What is the team composition?

I always worked directly with Nathan (Owner, Creative Director & Certified Digital Marketing Strategist, OurStudio). He also has his own team.

How did you come to work with OurStudio?

I met Nathan through a photographer we both know.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in 2009 and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

For me, they’ve had a huge impact. His talent in design and digital marketing are priceless. All of my clients are satisfied with his work.

How did OurStudio perform from a project management standpoint?

Nathan is always responsive. Primarily, we message each other, and occasionally speak on the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Nathan’s probably the most dedicated person out there, and he’s always working.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As like most artists, Nathan can get emotional, since his designs are his life. Giving him full control, and letting him run with his ideas, with some direction, yields incredible results.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise potential customers to trust Nathan’s judgment; his work will always be phenomenal.
