Please describe your company and your position there.

Metroport Chamber of Commerce is a 501c6 non profit representing the seven communities of Argyle, Haslet, Justin, Northlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club & Westlake. I serve on the board of directors as Vice Chair of Membership & Engagement

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Lane Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?

With the growth of the region, we wanted to ensure that we were utilizing every avenue to reach potential members and improve communication with existing members. With our collaboration with Lane Digital, we asked for an audit of existing services to identify areas of improvement.

SOLUTION

How did you select Lane Digital Marketing and what were the deciding factors?

We were introduced to Lane Digital by referral of existing members. Upon interviewing, we establisehd working report and understanding of needs

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

Lane Digital team audited current digital performance and provided recommendations, education and developed strategy for implementing new digital program: A members only Facebook group. Lane Digital also helped establish group with content management for one month.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Lane Digital sucessful launch of social media group, graphics were clear and appealing. BOD is pleased with metrics and education and ongoing relationship with Lane Digital team

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Meetings were held in person and virtually. Communication from Lane Digital was clear and they took the extra time to educate team members on strategy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attention to detail and creative problem solving comes naturally to Lane Digital team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of at this time.
