We have 24/7 communication, even in areas that have a shifted work week such as Iran, Iraq, and the UAE. Our partners sometimes demand development work during the weekends, and there’ve been situations where UkrInSofT had to be alert during night hours, but they always found someone who could immediately do what needed to be done. They didn’t charge me extra for those instances either.
