Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The goal for this SOW was to create two releases of the Restorative Record application:

• The first deployment is focused on converting the MVP version created on AWS during phase one into a reliably and polished standalone application for use by the general public.
• The second deployment aims to improve upon that release by adding integration with the Workday HR platform and creation of invitations to create a restorative record on the basis of a requests originating at the HR platform through Merge's unified API

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Gigster built our initial MVP on AWS with alll the appropriate secruity and complaince features needed for deployment. Gigster successfully integrated our custom solution with Workday. Gigster delivered ahead of schedule and within budget in consecutive quarters.

In addition to engineering talent, we were assigned a deidicated PM, and customer success manager, a business partner, and a technical PM. Gigster was very responsive to the needs of all stakeholders at Cornell and delivered ahead of schedule for two consecutive quarters.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found Gigster's ability to adapt to the complex security, compliance, and data protocols required by Cornell in orrder to deploy our solution the most impressive. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gigster could have done differently?

Sometimes I wish everyone on our team liveed in the same timezone.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We were looking to create a lightweight version of its existing LMS platform that will provide training modules for different stakeholders (e.g., non-profits). This platform is expected to leverage Django or Laravel and support particular e-learning-specific formats as well as general formats for documents, images, audio, and video.

Gigster will collaborate with us to scope, design and develop the LMS platform that is ready for deployment and rollout.

Pre defined milestones

Delivery was on time and very professional. They did respond to needs change.

They had a very professional approach. Accurate time estimates and quick deliveries. High level of execution and code.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gigster could have done differently?

The final docs for deployment were a bit lacking. The final branches ("main") did not seem ready for production deployment, but it was sorted out later.
