The project covered the full build of the Mishami MVP as a web application, from product structure to a working, testable flow for parents. Happy Vibes was involved across design, development, and product logic, not just execution. 
Key deliverables: 
- Product structure and full user journey for parents, from first visit to a generated story 
- UX/UI design for all core screens: onboarding, story creation flow, and result screens 
- Story generation flow that turns a parent's input into a personalized story for kids aged 3-8  
- Payment logic and paywall integrated into the flow 
- A working MVP web app, delivered on schedule and ready for real-user validation 
The full MVP was delivered in a little over a month, with a project budget of around $10,000. The work came in on time, with no delays and a clean, stable result.

As an early-stage product, the main outcome was a functional MVP that took Mishami from concept to a testable web app ready for real parents. The clearest measures of success were around delivery and quality: 
- Full MVP web app delivered in a little over a month, with zero missed deadlines 
- Every planned milestone met on schedule, with no delays across the project 
- Clean, stable build with no critical bugs at handoff 
- Complete story creation and payment flow working end to end, ready for user validation
- Product now in a state where we can start onboarding real users and collecting feedback Beyond the numbers, the biggest result was moving from a complex, sensitive product idea to a clear, structured MVP that actually works. That gave us a real foundation to test and grow from.

Getting both broad thinking and clean, reliable delivery from one team is rare. That mix is what set them apart.

Honestly, very little to point to. If anything, slightly more written documentation of the technical decisions along the way would be a small plus for handoff later, but this never slowed us down. It is a minor note, not a real issue. I would happily work with them again as is.
