Amazing communication through out the entire project. Clarity and honest deadlines. A consistently wonderful team. Excellent planning. Fahrenheit Marketing not only fixed another dev teams work and made our old sites operational, they made them running better than ever.

While we operated with our old sites and host, they created a smooth plan of action for us. Enabling us to focus on the tasks needed to create 5 new sites and migrate to a new host. They also helped us tie in our Google accounts to our sites and gave us insite to future possibilities.

We came into contact with Fahrenheit Marking with very little knowledge of how web dev teams actually operated. Our previous developers were beyond neglectful of our 5 sites for years, which often caused our sites to have broken links, pages, and slow load times . Upon signing with Fahrenheit Marketing, they immediatley jumped into action by bringing our old sites back to life and making them better than ever.

Fahrenheit Marketing far exceeded our expecations in communication! Their explanation for planning, development, hosts concerns, analytics, performance, and general question were excellent.

I’m the owner of PreWill, an online messaging service that allows users to send personalized messages through apps and phones to their loved ones in the event of their death. The app tracks users’ activity on their devices and, based on that activity, sends messages out when a death event occurs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fahrenheit Marketing?

When I had the concept for the company and a specific direction and goals in mind, I came to Fahrenheit Marketing and hired them to help me with mobile app and web design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fahrenheit Marketing designed and developed one mobile app for Android and one for iOS 16. They also designed and built a web application. All three apps are integrated into one server that houses all their information and integrates with a payment gateway. They used TestFlight for testing and Stripe as a payment gateway. 

Initially, we signed an NDA and discussed our goals for the mobile app. We had a call with the Fahrenheit Marketing team, and I gave them an in-depth flow chart of what I wanted the software to do and how I wanted it to integrate. The team created storyboards and specced out the entire project. From there, they gave me a week to provide feedback and raise issues. They broke down the process and answered questions as we went through each step. 

The app allows users to register for a service that costs around $3 a month and enter their payment information. They get directed to a screen where they can drag and drop recipient folders that allow them to write personal messages to their loved ones. For example, users can input their spouse’s name and phone number and then type their message. Each user can choose up to 12 recipients, and they have to allow the app to track their activity. 

On the backend, the platform tracks when users lock and unlock their devices; I chose this method because I didn’t want the app to track users’ personal information. The system can track multiple devices, even for different platforms, such as an iOS tablet and an Android phone. Apple had never had an app that tracks devices this way, so the approval process took two weeks. Fahrenheit Marketing helped us jump through the necessary hoops to get the approval.

I worked with at least six teammates from Fahrenheit Marketing, including Ricardo (CEO), Tim (CTO), Brandon (Digital Strategy & Project Management), Greg (Project Management & Content Strategy), a designer, and a developer. Although I didn’t meet them, I know more people were working on my account. 

How did you come to work with Fahrenheit Marketing?

I found them through Google while searching for marketing companies that also developed apps. Fahrenheit Marketing was number three on someone’s ranking of development companies; they were from Austin, Texas, while the first two were from England and Australia, respectively. 

I emailed the company in England and Fahrenheit Marketing and then had a call with both. Within 10 minutes, I knew I was more interested in Fahrenheit Marketing; there was something about working with someone I could meet when spending my life savings. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately $100,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from March–September 2022. I pay them for server space monthly, and they will provide maintenance for the app.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Fahrenheit Marketing was very detailed in working through the process. This was a very ambitious project with more complexity than other products they were working on, and they accomplished it in just over six months. Moreover, they were easy to work with and built trust very quickly. 

The team was comprehensive in their approach and slowed me down at the start of the process. They suggested delivering the storyboards and scope for under $10,000 and then letting me decide whether I wanted to continue with them or take those documents to another company. Before they completed that process, I knew I wanted them for the entire project. Overall, it was a great business venture, and I'm excited to get the platform started. 

Due to the complexity of the project, we had a small group of four testers, plus myself. I wanted everything to be completed before releasing the app. I launched the app in the past two weeks and started advertising it today. Although I would love to use Fahrenheit Marketing for marketing, I'm not financially able to pay for that service, so I'm doing it on my own. Therefore, I don't have any metrics yet.

How did Fahrenheit Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very responsive and engaged. Although the initial timeframe was four months, Apple announced they were updating to iOS 16, which was a big change. Fahrenheit Marketing suggested we put off the project until the new version launched so that I could submit the app with the updated OS. As soon as Apple dropped the information, they researched and determined the best course of action. 

They never left me hanging and gave me feedback very quickly. In some cases, we had very tight deadlines, and I wanted to launch the app as soon as iOS 16 launched. When the team couldn't deliver something I wanted, they were very quick to explain what they were doing and why it took the time it did. 

Throughout the process, we had one-on-one meetings to follow up on what they had done. I'm very detailed, so I asked many questions throughout the project, and Fahrenheit Marketing made the process simple. Although they went over the budget, I can see why and how they lost some money. Based on other companies I looked at, they were more affordable. 

We communicated virtually and via phone calls and text messages. They had Google Meet meetings and showed me their progress. As soon as we got a working device, I used TestFlight and an Android tester to see the app in real-time. Overall, I had a great relationship with Fahrenheit Marketing. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fahrenheit Marketing's integrity distinguishes them from other providers. Any other company would have finished the project three months earlier and put it on the older version of iOS because it would have been simpler for them. Meanwhile, Fahrenheit Marketing didn't do what was easiest for them and instead thought of me and my needs, which was very important to me. They ensured I didn't deviate from the budget since, thanks to them, I won't have to upgrade the app so soon. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only challenge we had was that, at times, the technical jargon needed to be simplified and clearer for me. However, although the concepts were hard to follow, I went back and figured out the verbiage on my own later and understood it in more detail. 

Moreover, I understand why they didn't stop to explain as much. I work in healthcare, and if I were in the middle of working on a patient, I wouldn't turn around and explain every term I'm using because it would slow down the process. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communication is key on both sides. I got the most out of my engagement with Fahrenheit Marketing because I was the squeaky wheel at times. If something was bothering me or concerning me, I quickly emailed them, and they were always responsive. Don't worry about the meeting times; they're good at getting back to you anytime.

Northern Reflections is a chain Ladies Apparel company located in Canada. I am the director of Ecommerce at Northern Reflections.

Our checkout page is dated and not supported by the developers/platform. We hired Fahrenheit to upgrade the checkout page, while maintaining the customizations on it.

The vendor is top rated and recommended by our Ecommerce platform BigCommerce. After having multiple conversations with the CEO Ricardo and his team, seeing some works they did and chatting with their existing clients, we decided to hire them to complete the project.

The work is done within BigCommerce Platform using HTML and Java Script. The project consists of Design, Development of Loyalty Section, Pick up in Store Section & Store Listing Application, Testing and Deployment.

The team was amazing, responsive, and diligent. They delivered results on time and beyond our expectations.

Fahrenheit has a fantastic project management style. They provide status update every week. In addition to that, they are very responsive on Email communications which all Emails get replied within hours.

I’m the director of Operation Triumphus, a digital museum focused on preserving the history and legacy of Vietnam veterans.

We were trying to create a platform that would allow Vietnam veterans, their family members, and their loved ones to come in and easily share their media stories and experiences from the Vietnam era.

Fahrenheit Marketing helped us with the UI/UX design of our site, and they developed it on WordPress from scratch. They created the main page and defined the process to create and share the stories. They also implemented a pathway to search, view, and engage with that content.

This project was handed to me after it was created by our overarching company, so I’m not sure how they engaged.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The site map, the wireframes, and the process were all good, and Fahrenheit Marketing delivered what they promised. However, I don’t have any metrics on this project because we didn’t track any KPI while building it.

How did Fahrenheit Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fahrenheit Marketing’s communication around building and developing the site was fantastic, and their timeliness on everything was great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The site handoff process needed a little bit more clarification for us to know what everything was. When they finished, they just handed it over to us with limited training and oversight. It would have been good if that process would have been more detailed.

Premier Family Physicians is a physician owned family practice with 5 locations in the Southwest Austin area. I am the marketing coordinator for the network.

We first hired Fahrenheit on to help us out when our servers were hacked. After they quickly resolved that problem we asked them to stay on to help us out with regular website/server updates and management.

We wanted to make sure our server and website was secure and up to date. Also wanted our website to be as user friendly as possible.

How did you select this vendor?

We wanted to keep our business local and found Fahrenheit through a google search. Since we were hacked we needed someone who could act fast and Fahrenheit was there for us.

Our server was hacked and they found the SPAM files the hacker was able to upload and found a solution for us same day. Once the problem was solved we decided to stay on with a monthly retainer so they could help with updates and webdesign for our website.

What was the team composition?

We had an account manager which was the main point of contact but we were made aware of their other team members that were helping out with our projects. Great communication between the whole team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Besides Fahrenheit solving our hacker problem same day, they were able to help us optimize out website to be as mobile friendly as possible which bumped our google quality score up tremendously. This help both our organic and paid search rankings on google.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication with any of the team members was great. Account manager was always quick to respond and sent out monthly reminders about retainer balances and followed up when projects were complete.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everyone at this company is super friendly and willing to help. They knew what they were talking about and stepped in to help if someone wasn't available right away.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Can't say there is an area that needs improvement. Every question I had was answered and every project I had for them was completed in a timely fashion.

Since Fahrenheit Marketing got involved, we’ve experienced a significant inflow of inbound leads from direct traffic and referrals. They helped us streamline our inbound marketing and generate more revenue. Before working with them, we were getting most of our leads through paid advertising. I’m especially thankful to Ricardo (CEO, Fahrenheit Marketing). As the principal, he is a brilliant marketing strategist with an impressive arsenal of ideas and experience.

It's been great. We work with a project manager who handles most of our requests. They provide a full and transparent picture of every step of our work.

I found Fahrenheit through an online search after initially working with another company. Once we met Fahrenheit, we decided to hire them and stopped our contract with the previous provider.

Fahrenheit started by building the new website and then immediately started marketing it. We had a better design but also wanted more traffic and incoming students.

Fahrenheit Marketing has become a distinguished collaborator for our business. Our website is full of intricacies that had to be revamped in Wordpress. Fahrenheit grasped this challenge and succeeded in transforming our web presence. Their response time and interactivity with our team were outstanding. As with any project, we encountered challenges, but Fahrenheit helped us through them all.  

With regard to marketing efforts, their work has enabled us to publish leading campaigns that elevate our business. We are grateful for our partnership with Fahrenheit. 

We received positive customer feedback on the new website. The transition was seamless, and they met our objectives for improvement. We had a few technical questions from our older, non-tech-savvy clients, but even those reactions were minimal.

As far as areas for improvement, their billing structure is a little strange. For example, their employees billed hours for tasks that shouldn't really be at our expense like fixing bugs.

I like the team members and their company atmosphere; partnering with them was easy because we seem to structure our respective company cultures similarly.  

They pay attention to details, maintain oversight of a project, and clearly communicate milestones within the project. They care for and value their clients, which we cherish.

Website design, SEO, Google, and internet marketing all evolve by the time I gain any understanding because they all change so rapidly. I couldn’t keep up with the constant changes in the industry, mainly because it’s not my expertise.

I wanted to attract new patients who wouldn’t find us without the Internet. I usually have 4-6 patients come in every month, sometimes from more than 50 miles away. I wanted to increase the number of patients coming in seeking comprehensive dental treatments, including implants and orthodontics.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve been ranking on the first page of Google organic search in my market for multiple keywords. I even have people from out of town who have found me through Google, and come into the office for treatments as a result.

The only metric I use to track ROI is patient feedback, and they’ve told us that they found my office through either Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yelp, or Facebook. Over the past 5 years, I have generated significantly more than what I spend on SEO, website, and social media month over month.

I have been with this company for over 6 years, and I plan to keep the work going.

My SEO and website are monitored daily for trends, which makes it easier to fine tune all of it for optimal results.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

In my time with Fahrenheit Marketing, our web-driven revenue has grown 1,000%. We've gone through two website transitions—one platform and one domain—with no interruptions. I can no longer count on two hands the number of times that I have been joined online past midnight by one or more of Fahrenheit Marketing's developers to roll out a new feature or troubleshoot an existing one.

The phrase “above and beyond” would be apt to describe our level of service. The CEO has always been flexible, reasonable, and great to work with. I would recommend Fahrenheit Marketing to anyone in need of a dedicated partner.
