I’m the COO of a design company. We help DTC brands build lasting customer relationships through CRO data analysis and CRO-focused UI/UX design, enhancing brand engagement and conversion rates.

What was the scope of their involvement?

badpixel, Inc. helped us complete a phase of design and development on Next.js. They handled project management and backend development for seven pages, including the homepage, PDP, collections, and some supporting landing pages.

We had a quick time to market, clear communication on deliverables and expected outcomes, and we were very happy with the final result of working together.

How did badpixel, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

badpixel, Inc.'s project management was very good. They delivered on time or ahead of time. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their eye for knowing what they want and being able to describe it in designer terms. They were designers at their core.
