You know that if you send them an email, you’re not getting charged for the time it takes them to read it. They’re more than willing to help you at any time of the day. Typically, we receive an immediate response. If, however, they can’t get right back to you on a response for whatever reason, they always get back to you within at least in 24 hours. They’re just such a client-friendly group of guys and gals to work with, and we don’t always see that with every marketing agency we work with.

Fantastic. I’m thrilled with them and their performance. Our account representative is fantastic with managing the various projects. Everything has always come in within budget and on time, unless there has been a major delay on our part. There have been a couple of times where my foundation has held things up, but even in those cases they have been able to accommodate us. I have been extremely pleased that from their end, everything runs on time, and we have a project schedule to which we strictly adhere.
