Everything has always come in within budget and on time, unless there has been a major delay on our part. There have been a couple of times where my foundation has held things up, but even in those cases they have been able to accommodate us. I have been extremely pleased that from their end, everything runs on time, and we have a project schedule to which we strictly adhere.
