When a setback or issue is encountered, the agent that works with you is an excellent communicator, but there can be delays in getting the full scope of the situation as the technical team at Elevation isn't always part of the conversation with the client when these are encountered.

They were honest, clear, and easy to talk to. I’m not a tech person, so a lot of the app terms were new to me, but they explained everything in a simple way. Most of the issues that we faced were from our end, but Modern Signal was always prompt, clear, and realistic about what they could get accomplished and by when. Even when we steered away from the project plan that we set out at the beginning, they were still able to meet every deadline. It took us a while to tailor our expectations at the beginning, but that was more of a problem from our side.

Our project manager was Stacy [Director of Operations, Fastspot]. She was fantastic, and I never saw her get flustered. The collaboration was challenging because they were remote. We were only able to meet with them maybe three times in person. Stacy always made herself available. She adjusted the schedule whenever something threw us off track. I was amazed that she remembered everything I said and stayed so personable. Stacy was open to listening to me and understanding where I was coming from. Overall, she was a fantastic project manager. We talked on the phone a lot and used Basecamp to manage our progress.
