The team was amazing in their responsiveness and support. We have an open line of communication and if there is an urgent issue - they address it ASAP! If it is not urgent, then we work together to find a solution as well - equally responsive. Hard to say - we were impressed with so many attributes. I will choose 2. The first is their guidance. They helped us choose what we needed to improve the platform in a methodical, outlined approach. The second, maybe equally important - their responsiveness. IT and web design can be challenging if this is not your primary profession - and they really work hard to make sure you understand - and walk you through the process.

There are three things that I’ve been primarily impressed with. First, it’s their ability to ask the right questions; I really love working with people who are experts in their field, know much more than I do, and can basically read my mind.
