Our website was built on Webflow in haste without any proper structure setup or considering UX. The code and CSS carried many obsolete coding; it was disorienting and difficult to maintain.

Our goals for the new website are:

• Great UX and easy to navigate

We decided on the vendor base on a few things:

The new website will launch within a week. Will update with metrics afterward.

Flowout has a dashboard where we can submit tickets. However, they are also very responsive on Slack. A few adjectives to describe their PM style: Attentive, Rapid, Detail-oriented, and Intuitive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills are the two skills I was not getting from other contractors. Flowout team could think ahead on what we (the website keepers) need to maintain and grow the website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope. Not at all. I will do another website with Flowout's team anytime.

I'm the CMO at Jasper. Jasper is an artificial intelligence that helps write content for you, such as blog articles, social media posts, website copy and more.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowout?

Our product is used in many ways, so we need landing pages dedicated to each use case. Flowout helped our marketing team design beautiful landing pages and supporting animations from scratch and then build it perfectly in Webflow.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I loved their portfolio of work and related B2B SaaS companies. The unlimited revisions and cancel-anytime subscription model were perfect for our needs, but I don't see us canceling anytime soon :-)

I supplied a detailed brief about what I needed, examples, and important sections, and our brand style guide. The created a first iteration in Figma. From there, my team and I made LOTS of comments and filled in the copywriting.

After several back and forth revisions over the week, we got to a final design. It took roughly 1 week for Flowout to build the landing page in Webflow. A few more polishing rounds and then we went live!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I'm not sure, but what I do know is the turnaround time after our comments was fast. Each round was roughly 2 days.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Beautiful landing pages that will go live in a few weeks, and animations that can be used throughout our marketing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Pretty seamless. I tend to make comments right on the Figma links or expand my thoughts in Slack Connect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm impressed with the quality of their design work and their quick turnaround time.

I'm the CEO and founder of a real estate technology company.

We hired flowout to build our marketing website and home page, and evolve those pages over the course of several months as we made updates to our service.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at a number of options and discovered flowout, which seemed to meet the perfect intersection of quality and price.

We had a designer on our team so we created designs in-house. We then turned those designs over to flowout who asked a bunch of great questions during our kick off meeting. After that, they delivered the first set for testing. We responded asking for some small tweaks and they delivered. We now use them on an on-going basis for projects and work with them similarly -- they always impress us with their work quality and speed and professionalism.

We primarily worked with their founder Ziga who directed the work to their team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with Flowout helped us deliver a new marketing website with a small engineering team, something we wouldn't have been able to invest so heavily in otherwise. This has been crucial in us winning customer trust.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was completed on time. We do one kick off video call at the start of a project. After that, they just send us revisions and progress over slack until things are perfect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were incredibly professional. They produce great work quality, communicative, and affordably priced. It's insane!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, there's nothing we'd ask them to do differently.

I am a growth marketer at a newsletter advertising platform that is based in New York.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowout?

Mainly Webflow projects, that include designing and developing web pages.

How did you select Flowout and what were the deciding factors?

We are growing very fast. Our website is built in Webflow and when we're scaling up our marketing efforts and projects are increasing, the production of landing pages or site improvements couldn't keep up the pace as we have limited resources. So we're looking for an agency that is an expert in Webflow, not only in design but also in development.

Flowout is perfect because they're not only experts but they are also AMAZINGly fast in delivering the results.

They have their own dashboard that will keep track of all projects which is very convenient. Our projects are mostly about building new pages or improving certain pages on our websites. We would submit the project request in their dashboard, and on average they only need 2-3 days max to finish a project.

I don't know exactly their positions, but so far I've been working with 3 people from Flowout. They're all great.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have much more optimized pages which resulted in improvement of user behavior on the site and are able to do launches even with a short preparation window.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's easy to convey ideas of the projects to them. They understand easily and not only they would implement as we want, but they would also oversee some aspects that we sometimes missed and would offer solutions right away.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Super responsive, and they're delivering results FAST.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far so good.

The company creates technology products for world-renown brands.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowout, and what were your goals?

We needed ongoing design and development support for one of our Webflow e-commerce websites. Webflow is a beautiful platform but can be very challenging to develop custom work for. We also wanted a dedicated remote team for our site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The two founders of Flowout are extremely passionate about providing a dedicated full-time team to companies that need it. We met with them, they displayed their work, and we spoke about our plans to grow our business. What we especially liked was that they don't outsource their projects, their design and development team is all in-house.

Our first project was integrating Webflow with Segment.com and registering e-commerce events. Some of these events are not easy to register with Webflow, such as "Add to Cart" and "Initiate Checkout".

The two CEO's and the software developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our Facebook pixel is enriched with better data thanks to the Segment integration. We are also now able to send a clean set of Webflow e-commerce data to data warehouses and other analytics tools to better understand our business, since Webflow has no analytics in their backend and is very weak with reporting.

We are able to speak with the CEO's of Flowout directly via Slack. They are extremely helpful and respond right away. Flowout provides us with a custom dashboard to manage tasks and communicate with developers. It is really awesome. The first task we did was completed in under 2 days!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach to providing a full-time, dedicated in-house team for a flat free.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not yet! Everything was awesome! SUPER impressed!

I am a partner in a niche brokerage firm that helps guide homeowners associations through the complex process of raising capital for repairs and other necessary projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowout?

Our original website was not too bad, but didn't have much depth to it. Additionally, we were working through a rebrand and needed some professional help as we embarked on a name change and a shift from Wordpress to Webflow. We hired Flowout to basically design a site from the ground up and implement the designs from Figma to Webflow.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked a lot of different vendors, but what caught my eye about Flowout was the ease and flexibility of payment combined with a strong portfolio of work. A lot of other vendors require minimum spend and/or long term contracts, with Flowout, I now view them as our design partners and I can use them when and as needed as my company continues to grow.

I met with the Flowout team to describe our vision and we prepared a short deck of guidelines including colors and fonts that we wanted to use. We outlined our expectations and our customer base and used our old site as a reference. The team at Flowout listened and paid close attention to our vision and they created a Figma draft that we could make comments on and then once that was approved, it was sent to the developer to be implemented into Webflow. They made sure to get my approval before each design was implemented and we were able to make changes as we went along in order to get the design right.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had consistent resources available throughout the process and they even set me up on a slack channel so we could exchange ideas easily and quickly. There was a time difference, but they were very willing to work with me in order to set meetings that we could all attend. I was also provided with a direct contact/project manager that I could funnel feedback through to the rest of the team. I ended up engaging with 2-4 representatives from the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site is not live just yet, but I can tell you that the layout and the design is exactly what we were expecting and hoping for. It communicates what we do as a company and I think will give us a much more professional and trustworthy web presence.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was extremely effective. With a dedicated project manager and a slack channel to communicate easily along with their online portal, I never felt like anything was slipping through the cracks. They were always quick to respond even with the time difference.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication, attention to detail, and flexible pricing options were the most impressive and unique.  The goal is to take care of each project in a timely and professional manner and they accomplished that to the fullest of my expectations!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think everything went as smoothly as we hoped for and expected. I inquired about a folder for images used on the site, that's the only piece I feel I still am missing. Everything else was fantastic!

I am a UI/UX designer at a company that helps Shopify's e-commerce businesses to create custom & advanced solutions for their Shopify stores.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowout, and what were your goals?

We have in mind to work and test one side project in a short time frame. We made designs and decide to build them in Webflow. Our goal with this project is to provide extra value to our customers and help them to expand their network of potential partners and vendors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decide to go with Webflow for this project so we have the idea to find an agency that is familiar with Webflow development and everything around them. Just after a few sessions, we were sure Flowout was the perfect match for our project because they have a lot of experience and really nice portfolio.

We had one meeting where we discussed core elements and features. Communication is pretty nice and really helpful for my team to understand all aspects of our project and possible problems and solutions.

After regular updates and interactions just after 7-10 days, we had a pretty nice foundation and after two weeks the whole project is done with a lot of custom code inside Webflow with a pretty advanced CMS system and databases.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our project we have 300+ active subscribers in just 60 days.

We just used Slack for communication and that is pretty helpful because we already use Slack in our company. A whole conversation is in one place and with 1-2 update calls per week, we had pretty nice progress during the whole project so we didn't have some huge delays and problems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We never used Webflow before, so, we really appreciated Flowout's advice and suggestions during the process. That is really valuable and helpful feedback for my team during a whole project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We didn't have some serious problems. We polish all small details in just 1-2 hours. Custom CMS inside Webflow is amazing so we have done a lot of small adjustments in-house.

Our company offers solutions in IoT, Cloud and Cybersecurity. I am a product marketing manager for Cybersecurity and responsible for all marketing related activities in this area.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowout, and what were your goals?

We were updating the design and branding of our website. We worked with our own designers and reached out to Flowout for support in implementing this design on Webflow and creating a template.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for vendors primarily from Europe and Flowout had the best references, had the most transparent pricing and they were very responsive in the communication. Those were the deciding factors.

The scope of the work was to create 6 template pages on Webflow. We delivered the finished designs and Flowout implemented them.

I was primarily in contact with the CEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was finished very quick and according to the agreements. We had one round of feedbacks for some minor details and improvements, but the templates worked as expected! We also had a few issues with our Webflow account, which Flowout helped to resolve. Our expectations were surpased in terms of quality and speed. The attention to detail was impressive.

We started the project with a briefing and a 30 min meeting about the project. Because it was a fairly straightforward affair, we kept the communcation via email with weekly updates. Everything was finished according to agreements and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciated their flexibility, attention to detail, and fast workflow. We had some delays (on our deliverables), but Flowout was able to accomodate that without any issues and continue the project as agreed. When they delivered it was done fast and good.

Nothing comes to mind, our experience was great!
