Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a partner in a niche brokerage firm that helps guide homeowners associations through the complex process of raising capital for repairs and other necessary projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowout?

Our original website was not too bad, but didn't have much depth to it. Additionally, we were working through a rebrand and needed some professional help as we embarked on a name change and a shift from Wordpress to Webflow. We hired Flowout to basically design a site from the ground up and implement the designs from Figma to Webflow.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked a lot of different vendors, but what caught my eye about Flowout was the ease and flexibility of payment combined with a strong portfolio of work. A lot of other vendors require minimum spend and/or long term contracts, with Flowout, I now view them as our design partners and I can use them when and as needed as my company continues to grow.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I met with the Flowout team to describe our vision and we prepared a short deck of guidelines including colors and fonts that we wanted to use. We outlined our expectations and our customer base and used our old site as a reference. The team at Flowout listened and paid close attention to our vision and they created a Figma draft that we could make comments on and then once that was approved, it was sent to the developer to be implemented into Webflow. They made sure to get my approval before each design was implemented and we were able to make changes as we went along in order to get the design right.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had consistent resources available throughout the process and they even set me up on a slack channel so we could exchange ideas easily and quickly. There was a time difference, but they were very willing to work with me in order to set meetings that we could all attend. I was also provided with a direct contact/project manager that I could funnel feedback through to the rest of the team. I ended up engaging with 2-4 representatives from the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site is not live just yet, but I can tell you that the layout and the design is exactly what we were expecting and hoping for. It communicates what we do as a company and I think will give us a much more professional and trustworthy web presence.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was extremely effective. With a dedicated project manager and a slack channel to communicate easily along with their online portal, I never felt like anything was slipping through the cracks. They were always quick to respond even with the time difference.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication, attention to detail, and flexible pricing options were the most impressive and unique.  The goal is to take care of each project in a timely and professional manner and they accomplished that to the fullest of my expectations!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think everything went as smoothly as we hoped for and expected. I inquired about a folder for images used on the site, that's the only piece I feel I still am missing. Everything else was fantastic!

I am a UI/UX designer at a company that helps Shopify's e-commerce businesses to create custom & advanced solutions for their Shopify stores.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowout, and what were your goals?

We have in mind to work and test one side project in a short time frame. We made designs and decide to build them in Webflow. Our goal with this project is to provide extra value to our customers and help them to expand their network of potential partners and vendors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decide to go with Webflow for this project so we have the idea to find an agency that is familiar with Webflow development and everything around them. Just after a few sessions, we were sure Flowout was the perfect match for our project because they have a lot of experience and really nice portfolio.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had one meeting where we discussed core elements and features. Communication is pretty nice and really helpful for my team to understand all aspects of our project and possible problems and solutions.

After regular updates and interactions just after 7-10 days, we had a pretty nice foundation and after two weeks the whole project is done with a lot of custom code inside Webflow with a pretty advanced CMS system and databases.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our project we have 300+ active subscribers in just 60 days.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We just used Slack for communication and that is pretty helpful because we already use Slack in our company. A whole conversation is in one place and with 1-2 update calls per week, we had pretty nice progress during the whole project so we didn't have some huge delays and problems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We never used Webflow before, so, we really appreciated Flowout's advice and suggestions during the process. That is really valuable and helpful feedback for my team during a whole project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We didn't have some serious problems. We polish all small details in just 1-2 hours. Custom CMS inside Webflow is amazing so we have done a lot of small adjustments in-house.

Our company offers solutions in IoT, Cloud and Cybersecurity. I am a product marketing manager for Cybersecurity and responsible for all marketing related activities in this area.

We were updating the design and branding of our website. We worked with our own designers and reached out to Flowout for support in implementing this design on Webflow and creating a template.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for vendors primarily from Europe and Flowout had the best references, had the most transparent pricing and they were very responsive in the communication. Those were the deciding factors.

The scope of the work was to create 6 template pages on Webflow. We delivered the finished designs and Flowout implemented them.

I was primarily in contact with the CEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was finished very quick and according to the agreements. We had one round of feedbacks for some minor details and improvements, but the templates worked as expected! We also had a few issues with our Webflow account, which Flowout helped to resolve. Our expectations were surpased in terms of quality and speed. The attention to detail was impressive.

We started the project with a briefing and a 30 min meeting about the project. Because it was a fairly straightforward affair, we kept the communcation via email with weekly updates. Everything was finished according to agreements and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciated their flexibility, attention to detail, and fast workflow. We had some delays (on our deliverables), but Flowout was able to accomodate that without any issues and continue the project as agreed. When they delivered it was done fast and good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind, our experience was great!
