Please describe your company and your position there.

I am creating a platform that allows people/companies to advertise office space. Users will be able to book a desk for a day, week or month at sa time. I am the founder. The company is not yet live.

The service is web creation and design. Ongoing support for the website. the Goal is to partner up with BizLadder and have them manage the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I requested assistance through WIX, Bizladder was the only company to pick up the phone and call me. I liked the fact that they (Todd) made the time to have a chat and hear my ideas and is not putting them into action.

The platform being used is Wix, Bizladder listened to how I wanted them to proceed, the design is based on a WIX template but has been scaled back. A booking engine will be added (WIX). We are currently still deciding the mechanics for either, listing engine that will allow a calendar to show if the property is booked out.

Todd is the Business Owner and main POC. His Colleague handled the design.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

the overall experience has been very positive. I have made a lot of changes in design and content and the team have been very supportive of my decisions. Todd and I had a conversation of how I want the website to work and he is on board with what I am looking to do. keeping costs down is at the top of his mind and this is something I really appreciate and have not had this experience in the past. The website itself is looking exactly how I want it to look and I am leading the pace of this creation. My expectations are being met, and I know it will stay that way.

Todd, my main POC at Bizladder has been instrumental with helping me understand the process. If I had a question/disagreement with parts of the design, he jumped in and made it happen along with educating me on how the system works. We used emails to document the process and any pressing matters or questions/reminders we would use whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like the fact that he has a YouTube Chanel that helps people use the platform (WIX). I like business's that provide the service while actively training clients for free. Todd called me to discuss my ideas/plans. Out of all the companies I reached out to, he was the only that picked up the phone.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All areas covered. I wouldn't change a thing.

We meet to lay out goals and for them to know a bit more about our business then, they laid out different strategies and the possible outcome of each strategy and then they followed up with us to implement each strategy providing excellent results.

Having worked together for over a year now...BizLadder is the complete business partner as we started small and expanded into more areas of help...together, we try new things, stay in constant communication and assess what is working and what is not and new avenues to explore

What was the team composition?

Todd is the utmost leader and owner and though we have some communication with other team members...our go-to is Todd which we appreciate so much in having just one main person we communicate with.

Our website has seen more traffic since BizLadder revamped it and our sales on Amazon have risen our social media have garnered more followers and more interactions

The workflow is great! Todd is always available to help whenever something suddenly comes up. He is a fantastic communicator via email. quarterly zoom calls are important and very helpful in discussing the future of the partnership and where both Todd and we feel we should pivot and work towards

Todd! He cares! he works with companies he believes in and his love for my company is palatable..i know he wants to help and that every action he takes for our company is genuine and sincere

Any improvement in our relationship is on my side...todd and BizLadder are the best possible teammates my small business could have and we are so very very lucky to have him

I am the operations manager for a Basement Waterproofing Company. We specialize in water management systems in basements, and also install Egress Windows (emergency escape windows) in basements.

The purpose of hiring Biz Ladder was because we were looking to grow our customer database. We have been expanding our service area over the years and have had excellent results in the traffic to our website and other pages.

My boss and the owner of Biz Ladder met at a local hospital and got into a conversation of what each of them did for a living. At the time, we had very little presence out there digitally and the person who was working on our website had very little knowledge of how to grow our presence.

We reached out and set up a time for the owner to give us a presentation on what he could do for the company to help us grow and bring in more traffic. His presentation was excellent, and we thought he would be a great fit.

The SEO has increased traffic towards the business. The campaigns include Google Ads and Facebook and we have had measurable results.

We have seen a big jump in our traffic over the years thanks to Biz Ladder. It has led to increased growth in customers, and it has continued to help our company grow!

Each month, we get a detailed report that includes traffic, top keywords, visitor totals and other relevant information. Also included are observations and recommendations as far as performance and strategies recommended.

Anytime we have a question or need to reach out to have something done, Todd responds promptly. If there is something that needs to be done and he is not available at that moment, he will at least reach out to let us know he has received our inquiry and will respond the first chance he gets. There is never a long wait to get something done or for a response. I think he sleeps at this desk 😊

The company delivered exactly what was promised. He also takes the time to explain what I can’t understand.
