The two primary project managers work differently, but both accommodate us as a high-maintenance client. We’ve struggled on our end to find a project management system that works for us because our team doesn’t have a traditional or formulaic approach. Rather, Modern Signal works with us to reprioritize items when we run into scheduling challenges. There’s fluidity in overcoming these hurdles because our relationship is incredibly strong. We communicate via a tracking system, email, phone, and web conferencing. Our teams rarely meet face-to-face.

These were new platforms for me, but they did a great job explaining how they worked. They share information with us and we have a very malleable process. We needed to deploy a lot of functionality, and juggled various projects and tasks with them. We had great discussions, and they addressed all of my questions up front. We had 2 competing initiatives at the time: the public-facing website and our intranet. Unleashed Technologies managed to get both of those tasks done on time, within our hourly maintenance contract. Unleashed Technologies delivered exactly the scope of work and a bit more. From a project management and timeliness perspective, Unleashed Technologies did an amazing job.
