  Fifteen4 has been engaged by Infovista to lead the production of their annual internal town hall event, scheduled for August 27–28, 2025.  The scope includes full live stream production and event graphics support to produce a polished, broadcast-quality experience. Fifteen4 managed two days of technical prep and rehearsals followed by two days of live production featuring a mix of in-person executive speakers and remote participants. The event was captured using a multi-camera setup, professional lighting and audio, and staffed by a specialized production crew.  In addition, Fifteen4 provided supervisory support to Infovista’s internal design team as they develop graphic assets for the town hall event. They supplied technical guidelines for graphic creation, offer feedback on design elements, and serve as the liaison between the design team and the production crew. This collaborative approach ensured that all graphic assets were optimized for live streaming and integrate seamlessly into the overall production.
The scope also included pre-production planning, logistics, and on-site coordination to support a smooth and successful event execution.

The Fifteen4 team also has ben reactive, taking into consideration last minute changes, specific requirements, etc. before and during the event. 

All in all, it has been easy to work with Fifteen4. No hiccups, good anticipation and responsiveness  throughout the entire project.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fifteen4?

We needed a video production vendor.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fifteen4 provided video production services. They did everything from storyboarding to scriptwriting. Their teammates created graphics, including original 3D animations. They also sourced music and found voiceover talent. Their deliverables were a series of videos that they produced from start to finish. The videos were between 30 seconds–6 minutes long. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with 7–8 teammates from Fifteen4 at different stages of the project. This included a copywriter, a graphic animator, a creative director, a video production supervisor, a video editor, and a campaign strategist. We also worked with an account manager.

How did you come to work with Fifteen4?

Ciena had already been working with Fifteen4 when I joined the company. My colleagues introduced me to them, and they were chosen because of their ideas. They also understood our business better than other vendors; they were much more in tune with us. On top of that, their video production capabilities were quite impressive. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $60,000–$70,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June 2019–April 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The videos had the biggest impact of any marketing program in the company’s history, and the quality met our expectations.

How did Fifteen4 perform from a project management standpoint?

Fifteen4’s project management was great. They delivered on time and within budget. The account manager was the best I’d ever worked with.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Steve had the most significant impact on the project. He truly applied his expansive thinking to push the engagement forward. His team was also highly talented — everybody executed their work well. However, Steve’s vision and creative ideas made the biggest difference.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their smart and creative thinking was impressive, and they backed it up with excellent project management. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they had a West Coast office. I’d like to have more chances to sit in a room with them and have creative brainstorming sessions. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give Fifteen4 the time and resources to do what they do best. Don’t rush the process in the beginning because that’s when the powerful thinking happens. You can speed things up once you get to production, but take your time with preproduction.

Bolt’s explainer video series breaks down how Bolt works for merchants in a simple, engaging way. Each video walks through the seamless checkout experience, showing how Bolt makes shopping faster and easier for customers while helping retailers boost conversions and build lasting relationships. The video had clear visuals and straightforward storytelling. These videos highlight the real value of Bolt—frictionless checkout, shopper recognition, and a better buying experience for everyone.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This video series had a strong impact, generating engagement and positive word-of-mouth among our target merchants. For our KPIs we measured views and overall engagement for each video. Additionally the Sales teams reported that the videos became a valuable tool in their conversations, helping to drive interest and explain a pretty complex technology. Overall, the explainer series helped increase awareness, accelerate sales conversations, and reinforce Bolt’s brand as a leader in one-clcik checkout.

Fifteen4’s project management was great from start to finish. They kept everything organized and on track using Monday.com, ensuring we had clear visibility into key milestones throughout the project. Their approach was seamless—simple, intuitive tools made it easy to provide feedback on each video. We had a dedicated project manager that was fantastic, always keeping us aligned with deadlines and budget while proactively addressing any needs that came up. Every step of the process felt smooth and well-managed, making it a truly collaborative and stress-free experience. 15Four has been an incredible partner on multiple projects across different organizations I've led over the years. I first began working with them while I was part of the Johns Hopkins Center for Technology in Education, where we engaged their services to completely overhaul the Maryland Learning Links website - a state-of-the interface for promoting information and best practices around special education and early intervention in partnership with the Maryland State Department of Education. 15Four was engaged to revamp the site from a previous developer; bringing a modern backend architecture; engagement strategy; creating new content that was captivating and designed to be cross-platformed from our site to an integrated social presence; and to build a series a custom apps that would be housed within the site. They did all of this remarkably fast; expertly; and at a very reasonable cost. Additionally, their expertise in communications led us to utilize their services for multiple major public addresses, where their team was brought in to help shape both the messaging and the medium of delivery, helping to elevate what would have been traditionally static presentations into memorable, thoroughly engaging experiences that left our audiences talking for months. At the same time, they taught us how to leverage the assets we created for these events into content that fed our web and social strategies, helping to maximize the value of our production dollars. As I eventually founded another organization called the IDEALS Institute, 15Four remained a trusted partner for strategic consultation on how to scale our organization and message our services to future clients about how we could work with them. Now, as I have launched a new nonprofit, I look forward to future collaborations.

We had multiple: 

A revamped and completely redesigned website that was lightyears beyond the previous iteration

The engagement metrics were through the roof in pre-post measures

We could now track how people engaged with our content across mediums - social, email, and then followed back to the site, vice versa, and/or shared - all of those were up.

A guided marketing strategy they helped design in partnership with my team also reinforced all increased traffic

We had an asset library of content - even on limited budgets - as they guided us into how to stretch our dollars and create multiple pieces of content from the same media; how to leverage deliverables into multiple purposes; and how to implement a more manageable production model that was sustainable

We had multiple, large-scale, public events that were extremely well-received, for VIPs - that then perpetuated new business opportunities

Fifteen4 was the most organized company I have ever worked with. They used a dedicated client manager model who served as the main point of contact, with then specific contacts by project specialization, who all were coordinated by an overall executive. Deliverables were on-time, in-budget, and when ever there were questions, they were highly responsive.

We worked with them at a time of growth for their company, and that was exciting and of course, there were some adjustments they needed to make as they reoriented from a mid to large firm. But they did that remarkably well while still maintaining their core culture and responsiveness.

The best way to describe it was starting with a complete rebrand, a new name, a new logo, and everything. We then took on the new website design and completed the redesign from the ground up. Custom creative with clay models, they built the site in-house, and the designer filled it in.
