We are a health tech company offering single window solutions to hospitals, physicians and care givers. Our systems interact with every health record and information systems through an open API enabling doctors and other to stay updated constantly about the patients and urgent needs if any.

We decided to create an offshore dedicated development team due to the complex nature of work and compliances involved with the domain. Delivery of MVP within 2.4 months Quick delivery first roll out from the MVP release. The release was 33% faster in comparison to the other development company Quick team ramp up. We worked with Serbia and Russia in the past. We felt at times prices are rising but we did a through research to see if the numbers were justified. EOV brings 100% transparency.

• Studying Client's buying and usage behavior has helped us in planning our MVP timeline and optimising budget
• Another important part, team always had an idea how to make the product better
• At times internal product team was unable to match team's development and research speed

The leadership team said Outcome driven they are. We thought they have been like other offshore companies. But in 3 weeks we found the team is extremely sincere. Infact most of the team had been part of successful product development. The practise head and Head of Engineering always came prepared with latest find out. Their knowledge has helped us in preparing during our fund raise.

Work Culture. They're easily approachable and always available when needed If they are doing some research they make sure as a client we put some of our time, in the process we get also prepared for the next best thing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something  Embarking OnVoyage Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

Since the team comes from companies who had been CMMI Level 5 and putting 100% focus on customer success. At the moment we don't see where they could have done differently. I would recommend business to go ahead and try EOV folks. They are honest, hard working and sincere which is missing from offshore companies.They knows coding, product and above all resonating with product vision.
