It feels like we're getting big corporate know-how in a very small, intimate business setting. They're a small firm, but I haven't heard, 'Well, I don't know how to do that,' or 'Let me check on that. Let me research that.' It's usually, 'Boom.' I think that's attributable to the people they have. In my mind, that's what differentiates them from their competition.

I wouldn’t say they were quite perfect since we had to push for a couple of items to make sure things were getting done from a deadline standpoint. However, it was only because of the very aggressive deadlines that we were setting it as our process was faster than any other client that they had onboarded with Box and that they had been part of. KSM Consulting had set up communication tools for the project, but I'm not sure if they used their own internal software or just used a Microsoft product.

They usually provide a project manager who takes care of the design, development, logistics, delivery, and implementation. This has been invaluable. We can call them at any time of day or night. We can always rely upon them to get the job done. MassMailer is extremely flexible and responsive. They espouse a “let’s do it” mentality, which is really quite refreshing. When it comes to Salesforce.com, they are the standard. They possess a vast amount of expertise, which is unrivaled, in my opinion. We have worked in close collaboration with them for nearly two years and they have always exceeded our performance expectations.

I have a sense that if I were to hire a larger “expert” in Salesforce implementation, I would have to do more work to get the project going. I would have to fill out their requirements form or jump through all hoops to keep the project moving, but with Cirrius I know that I could get them engaged. We aren’t working with sales teams using Salesforce for what it is designed for. Instead, we’re using that platform to track engagement with nonprofit members or we’re using it for clients looking to track media engagement. Overall, their flexibility was really valuable because we could bring them a strange use case and they would always help us figure it out. They never say that they couldn’t do our requirements.
