5.0 May 25, 2023Their support is very responsive, and my staff never has complaints about getting issues addressed. Their "do it right the first time" mindset is great. They explain the cost for the one-time project and on-going piece, so I can make clear business decisions, understanding the risks involved. On the projects we have executed with them (new servers a few times, network switches, several firewall deployments, wiring infrastructure, Cloud migration, etc.), the projects have all been billed as quoted. If there was a delay, it was related to Comcast or our EMR vendor, not TechVoo. The staff is stellar and never disappoints. I think their mission is focused on client experience, which you can tell.

There are times when we would be waiting for some information, and I would get an e-mail at 1 a.m. indicating that they were still working in order to meet our specified deadline. They stayed up all night to get ready to go for the next morning. They are very time conscious and well aware of our constraints and needs.
