Project was to deliver a turn-key revenue cycle management SaaS platform for the EMS industry hosted in AWS using modern architecture and programming language. There were many deliverables and workstreams going beyond this review, but a high level summary includes: 

• Deliver tested and working billing platform 
• Deliver automated test suite 
• Deliver clean and secure code using tools like Snyk.io, Mend, Sonarcloud 
• Deliver project documentation on Confluence 
• Scale up dev teams through out the project to ensure the go-live date will be met 
• Provide dedicated account management for the project

The billing platform went live in Dec 2023 and the other goals were met. There was a very low turnover during the entire project,

Our project management approach adhered to the Scrum Agile framework, encompassing all related ceremonies. This methodology facilitated a comprehensive project roadmap, delineating high-level timelines for each development team. 2am created for us a tool that amalgamated all research sources into one central database and, based on criteria entered by teams, was able to filter out unnecessary research items to reduce the time spent by our teams on research. In addition, they created a central database for all projects, so that we could pool information from project pages into global databases to improve knowledge sharing.

We had a very structured approach to project management with 2am, which included weekly meetings with reports on project status across various items and communication tools for us to input and track feedback on the system as it was development. As the project progressed, our needs and priorities often changed and they were very responsive to this.

To ensure data integrity, they implemented a relational database with complex constraints. Both the ReactJS frontend and the NestJS backend are bolstered by automated CI testing, ensuring consistent quality for both our mobile and web applications.

When we approached 2am.tech, our solution was incomplete and difficult to manage. However, the team at 2am.tech transformed it, providing us with a coherent and easily maintainable codebase, seamlessly incorporating CI testing, and presenting it all through a sleek and intuitive UI/UX.
