We regularly interface with four incredibly helpful members of their support team, and the CTO is always available if needed. The whole team is incredibly responsive.

Our team conducted months of research leading to our selection of a web hosting provider. We spoke with all the big name providers as well as relative unknowns.

How much have you invested with HIPAA Vault?

We spend approximately $1000/mo with HIPAA. That makes us one of their smaller customers. In your rating system, you give more credit for larger projects. However, in our personal rating system, the fact that we get this level of support while not being a larger client speaks volumes for the level of support any size client can expect from HIPAA Vault. If they treat us this good, imagine how well they will treat larger clients.

We began hosting with HIPAA Vault in Spring 2019 and there is no end date.

How did HIPAA Vault perform from a project management standpoint?

HIPAA Vault’s responsiveness never fails to amaze us. We have absolutely zero complaints. They far exceed our expectations and then they go on to exceed even those higher expectations. Amazing is the only word that comes to mind.
