I have been extremely pleased that from their end, everything runs on time, and we have a project schedule to which we strictly adhere. The quality of work is great, too. There have been a couple of projects where we were upgrading the Sitecore system; we had to upgrade from Sitecore 6.1 to 6.5. That upgrade was completely flawless. Projects never come in early and under-budget; that never happens. I feel very confident in working with them, and that’s largely why this year we’re jumping into such large projects with them. They have a proven track record with us.

It records the accounts they’ve added in the last seven days, and last 30 days. It describes the meetings they’ve attended in the last week. It’s a good series. The CEO was getting it ready for the COO, who was taking a different role to manage that side of the business. Configero got all the reports in place for him so he could click and print it. He had a sense of what was going on in the organization. He could assess the performance of the sales team very well.

I’ve been continually impressed with the engineers’ ability to work collaboratively to first establish the requirements and make sure they understand them, and build them. They are also extremely proactive, letting us know if they see an issue and often submitting PRs to other teams when they think something could be done better, or they have an idea how to fix something.

I wouldn’t say they were quite perfect since we had to push for a couple of items to make sure things were getting done from a deadline standpoint. However, it was only because of the very aggressive deadlines that we were setting it as our process was faster than any other client that they had onboarded with Box and that they had been part of. KSM Consulting had set up communication tools for the project, but I'm not sure if they used their own internal software or just used a Microsoft product.
