However, throughout the process with Quantilus Innovation, whenever we gave them specific requirements, they would deliver 100% of the time. Even in situations where requirements were not as clear and therefore the output didn’t meet expectations, the Quantilus Innovation team would edit their work and ensure we got what we needed. They did all of that without incurring any additional charges or going beyond the hours they originally estimated.

We have a very simple and automated way of quoting and processing spare parts orders, and that alone pays for the cost of the annual user fee 50 times over, then you have everything else it does for the company. This includes full contact management, shipping, receiving, field work order schedule, and shop schedule. It does everything for us.

There are a lot of CRM shops that say they do implementations, they do development, they do this, and they do that, but these guys are very focused on the development. They try to stay away from your typical CRM implementation and, instead, focus on their plug-in products that enhance CRM, and their development team that provides services related to the more technical development of applications and integrations with CRM.
