Pivotalogic helped our team to determine the shortcomings of our current practices and offered specific, step-by-step suggestions to help bring our organization up to speed with becoming a more aware, and more secure partner for our clients/vendors, and place to work for our staff.

Our team has been able to recognize how far off the mark we currently are from meeting current industry standards, and we have been able to implement an action plan, with the help of Pivotalogic, that our organization will be able to continuously work to improve over the course of the next 6 to 12 months.

I’m the CTO of Docupace Technologies, a cloud-based digital operations solutions company. We help wealth management firms streamline client onboarding, document management, and compliance workflows, enhancing efficiency and regulatory compliance.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pivotalogic?

We hired Pivotalogic because they had a proven track record of success in our highly regulated industry, specifically regarding SEC/FINRA compliance, SOC2/GDPR compliance, and cybersecurity focus.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our engagement is still fairly early. Pivotalogic has completed a comprehensive risk assessment and is now focusing on a roadmap to improve in well-defined areas. Their role to date has weighed heavier on assessment and planning, but I have full confidence in their abilities as we now move to implementation.

We were provided with a Cybersecurity analysis report that gave us insight into an initial five security domains evaluating our readiness in those domains with tasks we can follow to increase/better our security position.

We now have a list of tasks we can work on, and a better understanding of where our weak points are.
