We hired Moonbase to create Utilization Dashboards and Reports for our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Moonbase was recommended to us by someone in our marketspace. They were flexible, reasonable on cost, and great with communication.

Ted and team took us from investigation of data mining all the way through instructions of how to navigate our dashboards which they created for us.

One of the founders was our main point of contact for the entire project.

We have received great feedback from our marketplace that they appreciate accurate data, and the ability to continue to assess it in the future.

Very effective- Moonbase was very easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Moonbase Labs team was wonderful to work with and very helpful. I was particularly impressed with Ted and his team's ability to communicate effectively to several different departments within our company including Executive, Administrative, and Clinical.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Can't think of any, they did a great job!
