Mindsea does a very good outline for scope, timeline, deliverables, and feedback. It was well understood what we were receiving and results were met. The team listens to the clients overall need, then creates an outline of the project. We meet weekly with the team to refine and discuss each component of the project. Once the project is ready, the Mindsea team jumps in to create designs and asks for feedback readily. We can track their progress easily. It is very easy to get in contact with the team, who are extremely responsive. Most importantly, the team asks questions. This really helps with communicate and to ensure deliverables are as expected.

Everything went very well. For project management, they used Trello. I was able to track the time that was being spent on different projects. They were wonderful to work with, but there were some communication issues midway through the project. Aside from that issue, the team was very responsive, stepping in to fill the shoes of our first project manager. I was happy with how they handled that.
