What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching the software, we faced some challenges. The software was built over time, and our internal staff provided feedback for SAPPHIRESOFTWARE SOLUTIONS to develop our solution. However, we found some discrepancies in the design.

Since the solution was built by non-medical developers using medical staff feedback, some modules weren't connected, their names weren't modifiable, and we faced some practical difficulties.

For example, the patient data module wasn't linked to the appointment module, despite our request that SAPPHIRESOFTWARE SOLUTIONS do so. About 70%–80% of the software's features worked as expected, but 20%–30% had issues.
