Each phase of the rollout was planned in advance, sites were coordinated so our store teams knew what to expect and when, and the sequencing was managed in a way that avoided overlap or gaps that could have caused disruption. We didn't have to chase them for updates — communication was proactive throughout. On the question of timelines, they delivered. A project of this scope across multiple locations has a lot of variables outside of anyone's control, and when adjustments were needed, ECW flagged them early and came with solutions rather than just problems.
