My Tampa IT serves as our IT company. They utilize the most up-to-date information and safety practices to help streamline our efficiencies. For example, they offer new programs and AI software to help us. They also constantly test our staff to ensure they’re knowledgeable about scams and have learning modules to help all of them. Since implementing these programs and modules, we’ve noticed fewer security incidents and improved staff compliance.
