Part of that was us venturing into new territories and Teravision maybe not realizing our limitations. This has been a learning process for us (as far as infrastructure) and for Teravision learning our vision of our product. To that end we all struggled at times but Teravision was very good at adapting.

The addition of Scott into this program and having him as the first line of contact has been vital to the success of the launch. Without Scott, I don’t think we would be as successful, so I think SM Innovations has done itself well by adding that layer of management into the program.
