Calibec was hired to modernize a dated SQL/PHP application using a modern framework.  We laid out the current application and described what we were looking for in the new app.  David offered suggestions and ideas and gave us an accurate timeline.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

WIth the updated application, we've experienced an increase in end user engagement.  This was always a challenge for us with our previous app.  The UI of the new app which Calibec designed offered many conveniences and quality of life improvements that our clients liked.  This allowed us to renew our contracts with them.

David has always been very responsive as far as communcations and requests.  Deliveres were always on or before when I would expect them. The expectations are also set at the beginning of a request, so I know what is and isn't possible.

The straightfoward nature of David's prcoess can help eliminate ambuguity or confusion about a particular task or project.  I found this helpful.

Calibec was tasked with performing a comprehensive review of all in-house applications, developed across various platforms, with the aim of modernizing them and consolidating onto a unified platform. The review required delving into the functionality, compatibility, and user experience of each application, and provide recommendations on how to upgrade them to modern standards while ensuring seamless integration onto a single platform

Weekly or bi-weekly updates of all work completed in the current backlog.

Would provide weekly or bi-weekly reviews of all upcoming work that would be completed in their upcoming sprint. They would also provide mocks to ensure our vision was properly interpreted and once the mock was approved, they would work towards producing a working demo that we would be able to test, before application got released in the live environment. 

Deliverables were always completed in a timely fashion.
