I’m the VP of customer success at Buzztag; we’re a promotional marketing and branding company. We customize branding and campaigns for global and domestic companies.

I’ve been in the technology industry for about 25 years and have always relied on a CRM tool. When I came to Buzztag after leaving Google, we used tools like Trello, but we primarily used manual processes and spreadsheets to manage the company. One of my challenges was to bring Buzztag into the 21st century from a technology perspective. My goal was to set up a CRM through HubSpot and implement a sales and marketing hub. 

Buzztag had previously hired a development partner to rebrand their website, but they didn’t have the necessary skill sets to deliver a high-quality website, and we were on track to miss our launch deadline. We wanted to work with a local partner who could help us onboard our team to HubSpot, rebuild our website, and provide ongoing managed services.

Due to the nature of our industry, we deal with several suppliers and vendors daily, which creates many tasks. I was recommended to the founder of Inbound AV and was convinced with his mastery of his field, and the quality of his team.

I needed a ground-up implementation of HubSpot. I needed customized Company types, Contact types, I needed automated workflows, customized reports, and integrations with my website.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was assigned a team of 3 HubSpot implementation experts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a week they had the system up and running, and within a week after that all of the custom components were completed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was completed on time. Bugs were quickly eliminated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This is the first time I've implemented HubSpot. I have worked with SalesForce at other companies, and my experience was uniformly terrible--can't fully say whether that was due to Salesforce, the implementers, or both. With HubSpot and Inbound AV, the entire process was quick and painless. Hallelujah!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had to find some of the bugs myself. That said, once I pointed them out, they corrected them.

### Expanding CMS & Marketing Services for AtoB
AtoB came to us as a HubSpot CMS customer to improve the UX of their website by creating targeted landing pages. Since then, our work for them has been expanding every month. We've expanded our services for AtoB, providing HubSpot CMS support, copywriting, and social media management. InboundAV's success with AtoB has even lead to the discussionof becoming a full-services marketing resource, providing more services that AtoB is currently contracting out to other agencies.  
 


### HubSpot, web dev, & ongoing strategy for Buzztag
InboundAV began its work for Buzztag with HubSpot onboarding. As the project progressed, Buzztag received a new version of their website by a seprate party, which did not live up to their expectations. Buzztag then chose to work with InboundAV to completely redesign their site. InboundAV designed and built a complex site from concept to launch in just 5 weeks. 
Website results since redesign: 

216% increase in conversion rate
176.31% increase in session duration
12.49% decrease in bounce rate
4.29% increase in average pages viewed (measured per user session) 

Ongoing managed services:
Due to Buzztag's satisfaction with InboundAV's performance, InboundAV has now expanded its relationship with Buzztag to provide ongoing managed services.  InboundAV regularly consults with Buzztag on the business's objectives, brand goals, and priorities to create a comprehensive business growth strategy to both achieves Buzztag's goals and increase its company revenue. 


### ActiveCampaign support/strategy for Quick Quack
InboundAV provided Quick Quack Car Wash with Active Campaign technical support, along with ActiveCampaign marketing support, including but not limited to strategy, automation design and implementation, and marketing email creation. 
InboundAV also works with Quick Quack to strategize and implement inbound marketing programs to generate and nurture sales and reduce churn. We guide and support Quick Quack in the creation and execution of marketing and lead management processes, with the end goal of improving customer engagement and increasing sales. 
Results: 

1500 subscription members retained monthly
50% of memberships upgraded (Limited members converting to Unlimited members–measured by the number of contacts that entered the automation and received the emails against the total number of contacts that changed subscription status from limited to unlimited).
1.5% decrease in attrition rate



### Otto Awards–HubSpot implementation & marketing
Otto Awards sought out InboundAV for HubSpot onboarding and implementation specifically for the use of Marketing Hub–this included setup for the client's first marketing campaign on HubSpot. InboundAV delivered a landing page with a custom HTML using a non-HubSpot form. In HubSpot, we created new properties, object associations, automations through work flows, email sequences with drip campaigns, contact lists, custom dashboard reports, pipelines, deal stages, and more. We also faciliated an integration with SendInBlue, bulk contact imports, the connection of social media channels, domains, and a HubSpot tracking code. Lastly, IAV created a system within HubSpot for participating judges of the awards event to check all of the people and companies registered to win awards. 
The work resulted in high satisfaction with the client, and a strong baseline for continued marketing campaigns.  


### HubSpot Onboarding & Custom Objects for Kawai US

Kawai Pianos is a world-class piano maker with a longstanding history. Kawai’s influence on music and prevalence as piano specialist dates back to over 90 years ago, accumulating a following of loyal customers and receiving over 50 major international awards for product service and excellence. Kawai America Corporation, established in 1963, offers a complete line of Kawai acoustic pianos, digital pianos, hybrid instruments, and professional products to musicians across the United States.
 
Kawai America Corporation started consulting with InboundAV in May 2022. In late 2022-2023, InboundAV provided HubSpot onboarding and implementation for Kawai’s U.S. branch, including the management of data covering over 400,000 piano sales, over 1,000 technicians worldwide, nearly 1,000 dealers, 140,000 customers, and data dating back to the 1930s. 
Successfully executing the import of all-time data required included the creation of custom-coded Custom Objects in HubSpot to accommodate the business’s unique contact profiles. Additionally, the task called for detailed organization, automation, and the setup of multiple workflows to connect thousands of data points. 
 
What was previously decades of data in multiple places has now been merged into a single source of truth on HubSpot. 100% visibility of data has not only saved the client significant time in customer service, marketing, and sales, but it has also improved the customer experience.
